We have stayed at The Vital Hotel on a number of occasions now it is close to the Airport and we use it as a rest and relax stop after our long haul flights from New Zealand a great place to stop and unwind.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The gym was my reason for choosing the location, and aside from its late opening hours (8am) proved worth the booking. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been able to find in Germany.
That said, the staff weren’t exactly friendly. I arrived at about 1445 and was sternly told check-in was at 1500 and I could sit in the lobby and wait. A few minutes later, and still before 1500, a German traveler arrived and was allowed to check in.
The primary business here appears to be the spa, which is understandable. Book the hotel for the amenities, not the room. Room was… fine. But nothing to write about.

A lot of value if you are looking for a place outside of Frankfurt. Parking was a reasonable 12 euros for my entire stay with in-out privileges. The ease of access to the pool and sauna made for a relaxing time. Restaurant and the two bars were well staffed. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Clean, but industrial-plastic rooms. No nice or luxury products, cheapest lumpy foam pillow, no fridge or tea/coffee, unprofessional desk & wait staff. Our room was ready 2 hours early, but instead of just letting us check in, they wanted €30 extra. Totally average German chain hotel breakfast. Overpriced, perhaps because of the massive water, thermal, & sauna park next door. Go to a real spa hotel if you want an authentic 4-star quality experience, or to a standard chain if you just need a night near Frankfurt.

Great hotel. They need to get rid of the plexiglass shields at the front desk because it's hard to hear the staff through them. Also worth asking for is that the rooms be equipped with quiet close toilet seats.

Needs to replace mattresses in room - 4 mornings waking up sore especially back. Room temperature is not easy to navigate! Sleeping is challenging!

Far enough away from downtown Frankfurt, but close enough to have easy access to highways. The staff mostly speak English and they are super-friendly. The scenery is fabulous. The food is delicious! The entire site is immaculately clean. Safe and sound any time on the property. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone who accommodated us.

Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The hotel and staff are excellent! Especially Luca in the Panorama bar. A bit in the country but balcony views are great. Must say the spa is not as good as it was before and some irritating and aggressive clients in the adult section - but still had a good arrival stay after the long flight from SoCal.

We have stayed in the Vital Hotel Frankfurt for 3 days during the Xmas time. We were so pleased by the professional and friendly service offered by everyone from the hotel! Our kids love this hotel! Especially the convenience to the wellness swimming pool, and the good breakfast! Thanks for the team

I didn’t like how the rooms have no refrigerator or coffee maker. There was also no ice machines. Pool is beautiful. Dining is good. I had the burger it’s was great. Also the bolognese pasta is good.

Beautiful hotel! The room is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is 8.5 miles away from the airport, and if you have a car that should not be a problem. Not sure if they have an Airport shuttle. You do pay for parking, however, it is not as expensive as the hotels near to the airport. They have a beautiful thermal baths, but unfortunately, I did not have time to try them out. you pay for breakfast, but it is very reasonable., and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked. Wonderful place and my husband and I going to return. For me, this is a five star!

I stayed at this hotel in July and had an amazing experience, one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my travels which are mainly for business. It is between 4 and 5 nights away from home and it felt like home.
This visit unfortunately was not the same experience. On my first night I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to a mouse on my side table. I called reception and they moved me to a room one door down to get some sleep and I had to move all my personal items the next morning myself which made me late for my first meeting at my Business Partner. As I had a very pleasant stay the first time, I believe that things do happen but felt that the hotel did not really make any effort to apologize for the event or even check that the new room was acceptable. Very disappointing for me. I will still go back again as I said I really felt like it was a home away from home.

I have visited Frankfurt a number of times on business in the last 12 times and this hotel was amazing. The food, the ambiance, the staff and the variety for things to do. After a hard and long day working it is really nice to come back to a place that feels like home. I will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, pool/spa, gym, and restaurant/bar. Great stay outside of the city and worth the price. Better probably on non peak heat days because of the guest only visiting the pool/sauna. It was very, very crowded with families on a Sunday. The parking was the only issue i would state since there are so many hotel rooms then so many guest only coming for the pool. Parking was very difficult and if you are moving bags from your car during a busy time you may not even have a spot on the curb to pull up and off load since the other guest checking in may also need to do the same thing. Ownership and management team put pride into this establishment in its entirety. Was pleasantly amazed by the upkeep and investment into the property where big chains loss this value.

The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in.
The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms.
The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.

My Panorama suite was incredible: large, well furnished, and a panoramic view as state👍. Staff were friendly & helpful and being connected to the Therme was awesome. Put on your swimwear and robe and enter directly into the water park.

Staying here was a sad experience for me, while the room was great, some of the staff were shockingly rude and unkind. I left the hotel or hid in my room most of the time after a few unwelcoming interactions.

Technically was Hairdryer, TV , Housephone disconnected and on departure the gate couldn’t be opened, had to walk back to Rezeption to open manually the gate . This was to drive to catch a plane to the airport, and delayed the trip for 10 minutes
