I had a great stay and will return. This visit I didn't use the amenities but there are a few. The only downfall to my trip was there no way to check in an hour early or check out late.

The staff was exceptionally helpful on our arrival and departure which, given our ages, was much appreciated. The facility in general was immaculate and pleasant. The restaurant service was not as pleasant as we might have hoped and the food was uneven, mine fairly good and my partner's not-so-much. Overall, however, it was a positive stay.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice TV. Had dinner and lunch at restaurant and both were very good.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel. It’s a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely lady serve us at breakfast which we had the last time we were here about 8 years ago!

This seems to be the one hotel in Stratford that does not have stairs, making it extremely accessible.

We always stay here when we come to Stratford as we can depend on the quality of the hotel and its staff. See you next time!

Easy walking distance to Festival theatre; comfortable beds and lots of parking.

The Arden Park Hotel is reasonably priced, clean, has lots of amenities, is very conveniently located, and has really pleasant, helpful staff. A great place to stay!

Front desk staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are super clean and bathroom is spotless. Way nicer than the 3 Star rating.

Beware of their policy’s that they do not state or share before you arrive. Must have a credit card to stay for a $200 charge for accidentals. They will refuse your stay and deny your refund because of their policy. We placed our reservation thru a 3rd party, which had no mention of any such policy. They allowed for our non credit card payment for room but demanded a credit card on file. The staff was so unhelpful, didn’t care that you’d be stranded and later on found a lady crying in the lobby having the same issue we came across when arriving. This place seems like a scam. The room was clean but had no hand soap? Would never ever give them my money or service. This hotel needs to work on their customer service and hospitality, Terrible experience

Great place to stay if you are going to the Stratford Festival. Food in hotel restaurant is excellent. Walking distance to shops, other dining and theatres. Plus the hotel has a pool!

Great location and reasonably clean.

The only real problem with this property is the water, it smells horrible like sulfur. Also the restaurant manager was rude to my husband along with asking us if we had a reservation, which we had no idea we needed ,but he gave us a small table and the proceded to just give tables to others coming in. He did not ask any of them for reservations. They did not have reservations. My husband wears his native pride with long hair and some clothing

Every thing was top-notch! The bed was so incredibly comfy, the eggs benedict for breakfast was so delicious, and the check in gal was knowledgeable, helpful and just a delight! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Overall a good choice. Couple of areas to improve: the commode in the bathroom was too small and not so comfortable and Airconditioner control panel does not have enough options. There is no option to control fan speed.

The hotel was clean and the check in and out were seamless. But, the beds were not comfortable. The mattress was very soft on the sides close to the bedside table on both beds.

Only minor issue was that they had a tiny and very low toilet in a King Suite

Overall highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to see anything at the Festival Theatre. Unfortunately despite pre-paying with Amazon we had to dispute charges from the hotel, and the issue wasn’t resolved when we checked out.

Rooms we’re good as usual but there are still no accessible washrooms in the hotel and the bar closes way too early

We had a good week in Stratford. Saw 3 Shakespeare plays.

Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast servers. Close to the theaters. Spacious rooms, quiet, even by the elevators.

The place was clean, convenient and has on site restaurant.

The hotel is a short walk from several theaters (about 20 minutes) and not too far from downtown Stratford. The walk was pleasant. We felt safe. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had a great stay!

It was the perfect location to walk to the venue
