The staff is very friendly, location is great and the room is quite clean!

Very convenient as a stop over before catching Eurostar. However, room was very warm, even though temperature outside was not particularly high. A fan was provided, but was noisy. Did not make for a good night's sleep. Bracket for shower hose was broken, making showering tricky.

We enjoyed our stay at YHA. The accomodation is conveniently close to everything. We loved that restaurants/cafes/bars and shops were within walking distance.

It is really good for its price among London's other accomodation options. The staff was really nice in helping out with my check in, luggage storage as well as finding my lost items. It is good for a short stay, just remember your own pad locks.

Reception staff were nice. Room was clean but dark. On suite bathroom clean. I was reserved a bottom bunk because of disability. I would use again.

The beds are clean and comfortable although the room is small. No issue if you are out all day and only come back to sleep.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I was told i could get a coffee anytime but got rebuffed several times at 5/5.15am.

Very clean and fresh. It was above my expectation. Nice friendly staff members. The continental breakfast could be more inviting, very basic.

Overall was a great stay, washing machine wasn’t working during my stay, at no fault of anyone on staff, and the bathroom outside my room wasn’t the most clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

I booked it because my flight home was leaving at midnight and I wanted a place to stay until then.
As it is a hostel, I wasn't expecting the facilities, but my expectations were overturned, but in a good way.
Cleanliness! Bright! Everything is NEW! And, very quiet (as long as the time I stayed there).
I had stayed in another hotel for five days that was almost twice the price, and I wished I had stayed here in the first place. Excellent place.

Unfortunately it was a very noisy night so this gets off to a bad start. There is no air conditioning so on a hot summer night we needed to open the window. The noise from outside and then inside at 3am resulted in little sleep.
Beds are not comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other hotels and I guess you get what you pay for.

Stayed here as a family of 4 in private room with bathroom. Very comfortable for one night, only criticism is the shower room smelled of drains but it was all very clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of space and friendly staff. We will definitely use again.

Great stay. Private room for young family (4, 7 and 9). Clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. For the price we paid of under £80 a night we could not complain at all. Location to park/London Zoo ideal. Tube just at end of road. Would stay there again even if it were to be more expensive. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a comfortable stay in London at a good price

A very clean hostel
Convenient place which several minutes walk to Bond Street, Oxford Circus
Staff are very nice
But 4-bed-room has limited space for luggage, we can only open one at one time
Will still go back next time in London
