Horrible service. Made reservations for a team hotel and no where was it disclosed that the hotel was under construction or the pool being closed. We checked in Sat, Dec 7th and again no mention of the pool being closed and the sign on the front desk said it was closing Dec 8 for renovations. We were stuck with a team of basketball players with 8 hours of nothing to do. And the breakfast was pathetic for Hampton standards. At 8:30 am, everything was empty and the breakfast area was filthy.

Great stay, except the curtains don’t close all the way so the lights from the truck stop shine into the room all night. So request a room on the other side or bring an eye shade. Otherwise would highly recommend. Great value.

This hotel by FAR is the most unbelievable perfect hotel you can ever imagin. The staff, from the young lady at night when I checked in, to the 2 fellow's on duty early AM. Were the best, gindest human beings I'v ever had the pleasure to meet. If you are going to Lincoln Nebraska ---STAY HERE.

Dirty carpets should have been replaced years ago. Floors are cleaned haphazardly. Corners and behind doors need attention. Coffee weak.

My daughters and I stayed for three nights. Great location and property. The staff seemed really committed to doing a good job. They had Happy Hour on our first night with free meatballs, wings, and chips and salsa, which was a nice touch. The TV in our room went on the fritz the second night but the staff was quick to remedy the situation. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings and thought the staff did a great job at keeping everything fresh and stocked.

Filthy and stained upholstery on the room seats and sofas. This was our second stay a week apart and both rooms had stained room furniture. We won’t be using Hampton Inn again.

Better than the HIE at the same location. Convenient access and a quick stop off I-80. Unfortunately the property has a seedy hotel for a neighbor and not much around it. Close to Fairfield and an HIE. 10 minutes from downtown Lincoln for dinner.

We stayed here on our way home from Chicago in July 2024. It was amazing, so we booked again for this trip. Beds were nowhere near as comfortable as our 1st stay. Everything else was fantastic, Nita good night’s sleep pretty much depends on the bed.

First room was dirty then moved to a room and there was a musty smell. Had to clean room on my own. The air conditioning unit is super loud. Kids allowed to run and jump above us all day and late at night. The bathroom door has no lock and slides along the wall as you close leaving shavings of wood on the floor. Promised late check out and was told no. When night staff said yes. Night staff also said they would let the people above us to stop jumping. Will not stay again.

There was a small red stain on the bedspread, but I always remove the bedspread as soon as we enter the room. This was a quick 1-night stay as part of a longer trip. Everything else was above average. The shower had plenty of hot water & good pressure, the A/C worked perfectly & the free breakfast was phenomenal. Omelettes were fresh, as were the bagels & cream cheese. Roasted potatoes & sausage were good, too. Service in all areas was fantastic, so we had no complaints.

Well, we enjoy staying at the Hamptons for their safety and cleanliness, and usually very good breakfast items, we’ve noticed a trend with the rooms. They place those of us who booked through Hotels.com. The rooms are usually run down, not very well-maintained as the case for this one.

Room was wonderful-spacious. Room door would not latch so unless the bolt was turned, Room wasn't locked. Toilet had a slight leak. Facility was good, breakfast was good, & desk clerk at checkin was excellent & friendly

It was just ok. It seemed like it was just incomplete. Little attention to detail. No water pitchers in common area no water in work out room. Odd bed arrangement with tv. Tv was a pain to figure out. Bed was fine. Breakfast eggs and sausage were basically not edible. Needs improvement. Expected more.

The staff was friendly and fantastic. The rooms were clean, with well-thought-out touches. The rolling ottomans under the desk were great for setting suitcases on. This was, by far, my favorite hotel on our roadtrip, and we will be back next year!

I struggled at check in. I waited a very long time due to a storm that we were fortunate to not be harmed in. With that wait came a comment from the check in desk that they did not have my room type. Asked if I would be willing to take a QQ. I would rather not and said I would wait. They then called me up and said Expedia is famous for over booking and they didn't have a room for me. But oh wait, someone just canceled and we have a QQ room. They said it was my only choice if I wanted a room and that I was very fortunate that someone canceled or I would be out of luck and that it was all Expedias fault. I did take the QQ as I know room types are not guaranteed but did not like they way blame was placed elsewhere and telling me how lucky I was.
