Great location - close to shopping and restaurants. Black out blinds, but difficult to get much natural light and maintain privacy. Some black mold in the corner of the shower. Strong smell of cleaning chemicals when you open the door.

Perfect place to stay for a family

We loved our stay and were very happy to stumble upon one of our new favorite restaurants, Whiskey N Rye next door. Loved the contactless check in and check out. The extra towels and pillows that we asked for before we got into town were already in our room when we arrived. The room was light, spacious and the hotel’s location was great. We will definitely stay at Atterdag again.

A nice clean convenient location. Walkable to downtown Solvang. I did not like the fact that there was nobody on site and that everything was done via text or email.

Great location

The Atterdag Inn was overall a good hotel. We have stayed other places in Solvang that had better overall facilities, front desk, and parking for similar or lower cost. But this trip in particular we needed a bunk room, and this was the only option we found, and a good one. The room was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have preferred, but was acceptable. And the room was very nice and met all of our needs well.

Wonderful location. Walking distance from everything. Staff responds quickly and easily reachable via text. Definitely would stay again!

The contactless service was nice. Only sad part is not being able to extra towels.

Excellent location, very close to Solvang Festival theater and downtown. Communication from host was also excellent. Room was large, and very clean. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice, clean and convenient. Windows have some gaps that people can see you inside. Shower head needs to be brush or change also the toilet bowl is moving whenever you pee/caca.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the shops. Access to our room was super easy since they don't have a front desk, or person on site. Only downside is the couches are not comfortable and one changes to a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable.

Convenient place that offers nice rooms and It is close to Restaurants, Bakeries… Beautiful and perfect to stay in that amazing town.

This is our second time staying at the atterdag inn and it is very convenient. Close to restaurants and shops, plus it’s a small quaint inn. There’s not a lot of noise. Plus, there’s a microwave so you can reheat anything you go out to eat :)

What a cute place to stay. Very small motel. Easy access with a code. We were on the main level so our car was right outside. Loved the space in our unit. The only thing I wished it had (which I knew it didn't prior to booking) was a microwave. Wasted a lot of good food that we couldn't finish at all the great restaurants. Bed and pillows were soo comfortable too!

Very charming and cute hotel. Comfortable beds. Overall the grounds were clean and well maintained. Inside was pretty clean as well. Super convenient location to all the dining and shopping. The room has all the amenities. Can’t complain. Would def recommend.

Wasn’t use to not meeting a person face to face at check-in, but the property in itself was very pleasing. Close to all the shops.

property is very different than what it appears in photos. Its smaller. That's fine. First of all, the place is nice and small. Checkin experience is smooth. Got quick response when I needed to checkin a bit early AC unit is old, smelly and noisy. Window screens have small gaps on the edges for outsiders to see inside, including in bathroom. Seemed over-priced for the facilities. Still happy that its closer to the main downtown area and restaurants.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion is that it could use a few more items like glasses and coffee mugs. We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette.

Good location, clean, spacious.

Let me start by saying that we have had two previous stays at this hotel that were very nice. This time was not so nice. When we arrived, the room smelled of sewer and many things such as the toilet seat, were loosely installed. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and the TV set up was from the 1990’s. I mean, you couldn’t even watch something fullscreen without loosing all the image quality. Lastly, after texting the property manager and confirming that our stay was secured through Monday. (12/18-12/19). We were approached at our door and forced to leave the residence. We ended up moving to Hotel Corque, a much nicer and cost effective hotel, and spent the rest of our trip with some well deserved comfort. I would be very careful about what to expect before booking with this hotel.

Large and open. Everything we needed.

The Atterdag Inn was clean and the room was acceptable but it was without a doubt, the loudest room that we have ever attempted to stay in. I knew we were in trouble when I saw that they provide ear plugs on the nightstands next to the bed.The courtyard is located right outside the window to Unit 3 and the voices of anyone out there are so loud that they sound as if they are talking inside your room. The upstairs room also echoes every footstep and the moving of chairs makes loud scraping sounds like a bad horror movie. I literally thought we were being punked and that they were filming to see how we would react. We stayed for a couple of hours and just packed up and left at 9 PM because it was so ridiculous. Maybe the other rooms were ok but Unit 3 should not be rented out if there is someone upstairs.

Amazing stay, very clean and had everything one needed. However the AC wouldn’t cool down the room at all so we had to focus on opening the windows.

Large light open airy room with large bathroom. Kuerig coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee/tea, bottled water amenities greatly appreciated. Comfortable bed, extra pillows and blanket appreciated. Contactless check in and check out simple no hassle easy. Parking immediately outside room.

The property is quaint and small. Location is excellent and in the middle of Solvang. It’s walking distance to all the tasting rooms and restaurants. Easy and seamless contactless check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was conveniently located in the heart of Solvang. Easy to walk around and they have parking on the premises. Very clean and quiet place!

I can’t rate the employees or the service because it was a contactless check in and out. Email was sent with the room number and entry code. We never saw anyone or spoke to anyone. So it was the smoothest hotel check in I have ever experienced. Can’t complain.
