Nice stay, hotel is very clean. My only draw backs are the sofa bed is painful and walls are paper thin, you could hear the water running from the room above.

Disappointing to say the least. Everything was fine until we discovered bugs in our room. I took the bugs downstairs to the front desk and asked for a different room. That all went fine but when I asked if I would be receiving a discount of some sort I was told that they couldn’t help me and would tell the manager. I asked in the morning when checking out and was told that because I booked through hotels.com that they couldn’t do anything. I asked for at least a refund for the pet fee and they did provide that but I feel,like they should have compensated me some of my room fee as well.

Room was clean and Beth at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful! Unfortunately the pool and ice machine weren’t working. Driving with a family we were looking forward to having a pool. We were able to make some ice in our room to refresh our cooler.

The hotel was very full. I tried to call from 3-6 and didn't get an answer until 6,the q was about my handicapped husband so not about minor things. When someone answered the phone, he was efficient and pleasant. Upon arrival, one staff person was on the phone with a client who seemed to not speak English, so I waited for some time. When he finally resolved the issue, a woman budged ahead of me and asked for 'tooth brush', when he brought one, she said '4' so he had to go for more. Self-possessed people around here and inadequate staffing.

Although this hotel is nice and decent, I think there is a lot to be desired as far as service and cleanliness is concerned. The shower curtain was old and had stains. The breakfast was good, but the service was very weak. The people didn’t smile and looked like they didn’t enjoy their job. The room had a lot to be desired, no smart tvs, very small for a 2 bedroom suit. The day we asked for room service to clean the room beds were not made. Heater and ac units are not very good, it was either too hot or too cold. All that to say, hotel is in a safe and convenient location and the hotel is nice. The staff is overall friendly, although I had to always go to the office to get help, there was once or twice that people were at the front desk in three days.
