The owners were accommodating and friendly! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, stores, and places to eat. The pool was also clean and spacious!

Property bery across the street from Beach 1! Restautants and bars near by. Hotel has fully stocked bar and coffee shop!

Towel rack bar missing. No glasses or coffee maker.

Motel had lots of available rooms. Asked for front viewing area . Was told that there was no rooms available at the front of the property.

Beach closeby. Very crowded in nice weather.

Our stay was in January 2024 so when we went the area was like a ghost town, The place was locked up tight so we were unsure if it was even open as the gate to the parking was locked as well. We had to call the desk in order to reach a person and be let in. The room we stayed in was clean but it was Meh in general..Could use some refreshing. The cable tv sucked! I don't recall there being any temperature control and the room was extremely uncomfortably warm. The weekend we stayed, there was a snow storm and we needed to open the window and block the vent with a stool turned upside down which only helped slightly..I don't know if there was a residence above us or if it was another visitor but they were sooo loud and noisy which made to stay less enjoyable. The folks who own/run it were nice though. If all you need the room for is sleeping then it is adquate unless you have elephants who enjoy disco above you.

Clean motel across beach Nice pool

Spiders everywhere. Furnished by yard sale shopping. Family of 4 sharing one chair and a table. Had to eat on the bed. Carpets were black with dirt.

This is not a luxury motel but a very clean room, clean linen and very comfortable king size bed also very clean bathroom. The pool is heated and very private. It was so lovely to take a swim in the evening and it felt like a gigantic bathtub. The staffs were so nice, they embraced us completely. We wants to go back again.

I rent a room with 2 queen beds to accommodate 4 people (thats what Expedia advertise on the website). Original i registered 2 people but i wanted to add one more and the owner (Tony) told me that was not allowed to add more people and in order to do that I have to pay more. We ended up paying $50 more for 3rd person for one night. Also, the owner would not allowed visitors.

It was clean and very very safe. Right across the road from the beach. Parking was right there. There was a pool as well. Was very quiet. Perfect place to stay!!!

The location is the best, right in front of the beach. Staff were very nice and always willing to help make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. The room was very good with fridge, microwave, TV, comfortable beds. The only negative was the air-conditioning. It was freezing cold because the air-conditioning was on full-blast not sure if it was broken or they just didn't want to turn it off. Could not sleep at night because it was like a refrigerator.

The room was dirty and very outdated. No coffeemaker or toaster like the website showed. Tony was lovely as was the location. Probably won't stay there again 😕 😔

We had a great time very friendly staff location is perfect you can walk to most places you want to go we had a full fridge, microwave & good size kitchen bring your own cooking stuff BBQ was an added bonus.

The hotel is in a great location, the owner was pleasant during and after a check in issue. We were escorted to our room. During our stay there was a bicycle in front of the door the whole stay. The room was dark outdated and dirty; there was a massive hole in the wall covered with sloppy patch work and screws, the A/C is right beside the bed foul smelling and loud, no tv remote (later was found between the bed and the night table covered in cobwebs accompanied by crumbs and dirt on the floor), the bathroom fan is hanging off the roof and there were brown marks on the walls. On the room description it should say requires body strength; in order to enter your room you must body slam your door or it won’t open.

Wasaga doesn’t have much in the way of accommodation but this little spot across the street from beach 1 was nice! The rooms are small but comfortable. Looks like some recent renovations happened. The owners of the property were friendly and helpful. Our room was backing on to the river with a nice outdoor area to hang out. The pool was well maintained. Overall, a good stay. Would return. It’s basic accommodation but clean and convenient.

I’ve been going here annually for my wife’s birthday. It’s the only place she likes to stay. The owners are super friendly, the rooms are clean, pools beautiful and the beach is right across the street.

I went to this property wanting to be on the beach . The pictures were not that great but hey Wasauga beach is old. We arrived and it was so welcoming. Tony the owner is a sweet man. His wife was beautiful. Muchbmore than expected. The room was huge and king size bed. Full fridge. Loved it!!!! Thank you We will be back.
