We had a balcony room and it was noisy until Midnight from the food trucks/music across the street. The hotel is average and the Air-conditioning was running all night, without ever reaching the set temperature. The bed was comfortable. Just ok for one night.

The pix taken from my 1st stay. This is my second stay here. The first stay was given bigger room even I was booking the same choice. 2nd stay might be the guests were quite full and I got exactly like the one stated on the hotels.com page. Anyway, overall was totally good! Will be my choice whenever in Putrajaya coz closes to everything.

Front desk staffers are very helpful,they let us check in early,help luggage’s bring to the room,bring down luggage to lobby when check out,help book Grab ride,we recommend hotel to friends & family,keep up the good work

The hotel is too old to charge like a 4star rate. The room smells old n over used.
The bed got bed bugs cos i woke up with spots and sore eyes due to bed bugs. The pillow is like been uses for thousands of time.

2nd room was not bad, hotel looks a bit run down. Halfway carpet smell damped . Food wasn’t great at the restaurant 3rd floor too.

Bathroom is not the best design as the floor is at the same level with the bedroom. Water easily flows out.

The front desk manager was very patience and professional in handling my room when I request for a window view room. Once again, I have no hesitation to come back and stay there next time.

we supposed to to include breakfast during our four nite stay but the front desk stted buffet must be paid .In the hotel reciept stated breakfast included

The outside of the hotel needs work; be aware that parking is in the basement of the shopping center and you have to take the card with you to validate your parking. That is if you can find anyone to validate the parking - they either have people lined up checking in/out or the desk clerks are no where to be found. We just paid for parking because it wasn’t worth the hassle. The bar is closed which is why we picked the hotel and nothing on the website said it was closed. There is nothing at this location, so you will need a car if doing any activities. I would only stay at this hotel if I needed a place to stay for one night.

Don’t think this hotel worth 4 stars with the amenities and service provided.
No face towel, no sheer curtain, not many staff which seems friendly. The checkout staff was the only one with the greatest smile throughout my stay.

Place is kinda old. Nothing much in the area but just goverment office. The room looks old n outdated. Not even a mineral water bottle in the room.

The room was bigger than what I expected and the room is extremely clean. The bad point is that we can see the bed sheet does not clean properly as stain still can be found. Can feel bed bug while sleeping on the bed.

Okay la not bad la but the swimming pool is crazily crowded haha, so for those who want to swim and worried about COVID. Just go for the stay

Very disappointed. First room offered had no windows! Felt like a prison. Asked for another room - which faced a wall. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Pool area was packed full of kids. Thankfully the gym is serviceable.

Such a lovely place to unwind next to the lake. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is where you should be. Otherwise, go straight to KL for more entertainment options.
