Great stay. Helpful and welcoming staff. We have been staying here for several years. Everything in York is expensive now, yet this is more than worth it compared to other alternatives in the area.

Todd & Tracy run the inn! They are very welcoming and accommodating. Feels like you are visiting family. We will likely stay here again next summer! - the killinos

Our stay was good. The room had the bare minimum of what we needed. But it's the location that was the best. From our room it was a 5 minute walk and our feet were in the water and our room was on the 3rd floor lol.

So clean! Staff is wicked mice and helpful. Super close to short sands. I would deff come back!

Property was really cute. The room we had was a queen bed with a sleeper sofa. Had a nice balcony and a full kitchen area. Very spacious for our group of 3. The location was perfect for us. A block away from the water and an easy walk to town. We drove to nubble. 5 minutes maybe. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Over the top helpful. Plenty of parking. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are steps. So if you have someone with issues you might want to ask for something on ground floor if it’s an option. The cutest thing tho??? Hee Hee. They have all the little bathroom items inside a mason jar. I love this idea. Best thing ever. :)

Short walk to town and beaches, along safe and well kept roadways. Quiet, friendly spaces. Easy and clear access to building.

The Inn keeper of this property was very pleasant. The location is wonderful, very close to the beach and the town. We had a good dinner at the Sand Dollar Bar and Grille, including entertainment from Joe at the Piano Bar! Breakfast was at Sandys. We enjoyed actually meeting and visiting with her. The drive to the Nubble Lighthouse was short and we got some great photos. A delightful small Maine coastal town.

Very nice place, a little older but not run down. Manager Kia was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked a night for my daughter and I as I have friends in the area and wanted to spend a few days at York Beach. It was an easy walk to Short Sands Beach and downtown and the room was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room, a nice kitchen area with all the utensils, cookware to have dinner right in the room. Also a nice private deck. Will be coming back with the entire family very soon.

Was a tad bit worried booking this on line. Read the reviews which put me at ease. What a great place, a block away from the ocean, restaurants down the road. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Thus was our second stay at the Inn, we love the location because it's a quick walk to either beach and town, and a short drive to stores, etc. The rooms are always very well kept, and though the amenities are a little older they are in great working order. The kitchen makes it easy to stay for several days of cooking and eating on the porch. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have given us great advice on the area. One of the nicest things about the Inn is its so quiet, a really pleasant place to relax! We'll be back next summer for certain.

My husband and I were pleased with our one night stay at the Lynwood Inn. The owners were very pleasant and the room was very clean. There was a nice little dining table and couch and also refrigerator and microwave and little stove. We enjoyed the home made muffins in the morning very much. Yummy! This hotel is within walking distance from everything we wanted to see: Short Sands Beach, downtown York, and a very pleasant walk to the Nobble Loghthouse. The staff was friendly and had a lot of good information. The facility was old but extremely clean. The homemade muffins were delicious.

The couple that own/run the Inn are so friendly, kind and helpful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again! The room was well equipped and very comfortable and a great value in a resort filled area.

York is beautiful. The Lynwood Inn was in a very clean and nice area.. So close to the beach and The Nubble Lighthouse. We enjoyed our stay and staff was nice.

We were in town for a weekend stay. This inn was okay... Certainly nothing fancy, but clean, and near town, Nubble.

Great location just off the beach

Will definitely be back there again. Great location. 3 min walk to the shore. Harbor was busy and sweet, great restaurants in the area as well.
