Comfortable beds nice staff but a dreadful shower room. No room and grubby. Ok for a short stay.

Here are the primary lowlights: almost non-existent AC, no Wi-Fi, balcony door would not close, filthy floor.
The door to the balcony was propped closed with a chair. It did not have a latch to close so I think it was installed that way. When we brought it up to the front desk, they said "okay, we will look into it." But clearly it has been that way a long time. The Wi-Fi never worked. Again, we got a shoulder shrug for that request. It was 39°C/101°F during our stay and the AC blew a warm breath at best. The floor was filthy and I found a pair of bloodstained underwear under the bed.
The ONE convenient feature of this building is that it is directly across the street from the ferry terminal. NOT WORTH IT. I stay at many budget places and my expectations are very basic. This place was horrible!!!

The hotel was very convenient to the port. We found a self serve laundry close by. The owner was VERY kind.

We rented a total of three rooms - two rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, and one room for 2 adults. One of the rooms had 3 sets of bunk beds and a double bed, one room had 2 sets of bunk beds, and the 3rd room had 3 single beds, two of them the width of a toddler bed. The elevator was tiny fitting 1-2 people and 1-2 suitcases.
It was very convenient to the metro station and the port. There were several restaurants close by. We were just stunned with how the rooms were set up.

Basic room, everything you need for one night. Doesn't look too nice and has an odd smell, but it was comfortable and close to the port and has lot's of food places.

For a cheap hotel in Athens (I've stayed at many) Hotel Delfini was very good. Basic clean room, quiet side street, friendly young lady at front desk and excellent position to get to your ferry.

Stay was not good at all ,the kousekeepers were near my room starti g smoking from 6:30!
Also no shampoo was provided in the bath room ,no place to hang the hose for the hot waer in the bath

Simple and convenient to the port, near some good coffee shops, markets. Very kind staff. Room's balcony had a bit of a sea view, which was nice. The Wifi did not work in the room.

Internet was not working when we were there. It is 39 minutes walk to cruiseship port or taxi drive 8 minutes.
There is no dining although stated online there is dining.

The hallways were cluttered with stuff and difficult to navigate with luggage. The door to the room was was difficult to open, the bathroom door couldn’t close. The blanket on one bed was visibly dirty. The shower was so small you couldn’t move without the curtain sticking to you and opening.

Everything in the room was faulty, loose, or broken or held together by tape and some hope.

Basic overnight - just needed a place to shower and rest my head.
Clean towels and sheets, running water and a toilet. Walking distance from gate 8 of the port.
This place was super cheap. It’s also grim. Broken tiles everywhere, horrible bathroom but clean linen.
My pet hate is NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR so there may be bed bugs!
Ideal for backpackers on a budget and for those travelling to the Saronic islands as it’s opposite gate 8 of port Piraeus

No bar or restaurant at hotel. 3 bed no chairs, no wardrobes nothing. Suitcases on floor. Not a hotel a hostel. Clean the only good thing, would not go again.

Over all our stay was pleasent. Our room needed a little love but it was clean and cozy. It was very nice to have a fridge. The neighborhood had many coffee shops and stores. The close proximaty to the ferries and train station is excellent. Only a short ride on the metro and you are in the heart of the city. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Thanks.

The hotel is great value for the money if you're taking a ferry in or out of the port of Piraeus. The room was small but had a good mattress, mini fridge, aircon and a good size shower stall. It's a one minute walk to the E7 port and a few minutes more to the others. The two ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. If I come through Athens again I'll definitely stay here.

Very bad smell in the room . Toilet seat broken. Did not change linen in a week. 1 chair for 4 people. Bath tub was very dirty . Room was not cleaned and very dusty. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE

Disappointed for not having breakfast served at the Hotel.
Stayed at the 2nd floor: hallway smelly (cigarette).. bedroom's toilet stank as it was not properly cleaned for some time. Also, no fridge in the room.

For a basic stay the night before your ferry its fine. My family had a double bed and bunk bed, but the bunk bed had no rail, so we pulled the mattress down and there was just enough room between a wardrobe and bed for it on the floor. Sheets and towels were clean, floor is quite old and the room needs a good mopping. The AC worked and the bathroom was tiny, but the 3 min walk to our ferry at 6:30 am was perfect.
For the price, you get what you pay for.

Second time we have stayed at Delfini. It is very conveniently located close to transport links and the port particularly.
The hotel is cheap and cheerful. It is shabby and dated but bedding is clean and fresh. Dont expect luxury, its not a resort hotel, just ok for a place to sleep while making transport links.
Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Not so good. Close to the boats, great location. But I was happy I was tired so I didn't have to be aware of the state of the room. Smelled of strong perfume, hairs in bed, toilet very noisy when we flushed (and it kept on flushing). Will not stay there again.

Wow..... So happy.... Location is great. Helpful staff.. room, cleanness.. just amazing 2-3 mints walk to windmills and little Venice. All restaurants, bars.. shops are at the doorsteps.... Superb experience.

When my wife and I arrived from the UK at 23:30 hours the receptionist apologised that he had overbooked and he pointed us in the direction of Hotel Ionion in the next street.
A little disappointed as we had already paid for our stay at Hotel Delfini.

For a stay over, before or after a ferry trip, this Hotel is priceless. Welcoming staff are at reception 24/7, just let them know in your booking notes if you'll be late/early. Most of the rooms have a great view of the port too.

Location for the Port is perfect. Room very basic which is fine but not sound proof. You can hear EVERYTHING.
