The staff was so friendly it made me want to return even before seeing the room. And for you pillow lovers out there, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Pillows are plentiful in Cougar Land!

We stayed for 5 nights because our dog was getting radiation at WSU. The staff at the motel are very friendly. The communication by the motel was great leading up to the trip, giving you lots of information about checking in. They also sent personal messages wishing our dog luck on her treatments. The wifi worked great. I was worried about the wifi because I was going to have to work while I was there but I had no problems working and doing Teams calls (and we were the farthest room from the lobby). The motel is very accepting of pets, you just have to give them notice beforehand so they can put you in a pet room. They also waived the pet fee because we were getting treatment at WSU. The rooms are dated and basic, but for our purpose it was fine. There were a bunch of construction workers there during our stay so there was a bit of noise as they would come and go at early hours due to their shift work, but it wasn’t excessive. You do hear some noise as people are on the metal stairs, which got our dog barking. But this is just regular communal living noise. The motel is close to everything. We were 5 mins away from WSU and close to shopping and eating.

I was told the price was going to be around $70 and was more like $90 We didn't like that But we will be staying there when we visit our son T WSU.

Easy check in process. Friendly staff. Lot's of parking. Quiet comfortable room.

For the rate I paid I prepared myself for something sketchy, but instead was surprised by a clean room, friendly staff and a great location to a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Wow, this is a hidden gem! The room feels recently updated with contemporary amenities and decor, and the room is quiet and incredibly comfortable. The pillows are some of the best hotel pillows I've encountered in years. Lovely, informative staff, super convenient location, easy parking. Absolutely coming back.

I liked the friendly and informative staff. I liked the convenience to downtown Pullman and WSU. It was quiet. And they served a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

This hotel stay made our move-in to college for my daughter so much easier and allowed us to rest. I appreciate all the staff helping us out. It was very close to wsu campus amd within walking distance of a lot of restaurants.

Management was cheerful and friendly and the rooms was small but scrupulously clean. Will stay there again next time I'm in Pullman.

Very Bad service, in fact absolutely zero service. Myself, my wife and my two kids we’re waited outside the reception motel for 45 minutes at the midnight around 1:30ish, but no one opened the door for checking, in spite of having them will informed in advance, via email and telephone calls. I will not recommend This hotel and will not recommend Expedia to book any hotel to anyone.

Everything was perfect and easy. The bedding was SO comfortable I felt as if I was floating above the mattress. Thank you, Greg and Belle for making our travel to Pullman super easy.
