You cant expect amazing for the price. The kitchen was good, bathroom was good, the rest, so/so. Stayed 3 nights, room didnt get cleaned until i left. No big deal, but be prepared. Id stay agan.

Service was great. I had to check in late, called ahead and it was a non-issue. They offered to stay late to help me out. Room unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke, called them to make sure they knew it wasn’t me, which they understood and apologized for. Can’t fault them for previous renters. Room is clearly being upgraded, wasn’t too bad for the price!

The lady working there was really nice! The motel was in the middle of nowhere. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

Room are too small, not clean, No lampshade, No clothes hangers, smells awful sticking, it’s not advisable to stay here, I book it because I cannot find another option, all hotel and motels are fully booked.

The bathroom was the only modern thing about the room.

Old . Light at bed didn’t work. Fan in bathroom didn’t work.

This property is a dingy dirty run down derelict of a property. The smell coming out of the office was horrible. When we tried to cancel the property owner refused. Do not stsy here all the good reviews are phony

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was upgraded. Property was very quiet. Didn’t care for the use of a bedspread. They are unhygienic and don’t fit the decor or look the rooms are aiming for. Bedside tables would be helpful. Overall good value for the price

A mini fridge which you don't always get at this price point (but no microwave). Poor lighting, only one overhead lamp. Bed was ok. I walk into the bathroom in the morning to find it so cold I decided to skip the shower. You have to keep the door open about halfway so that the heating system which is behind the door can get into the bathroom. Location was between Wasaga and Collingwood. The nearest store was 10 minutes away, so get your groceries well before you arrive. Not the nicest area, no lake view.

i did not like anything about this place and for sure will not return again. this was last minute reservation and needed a place to stay and there were no other options.

If you don't mind spied nest out side your door and flies at your room, then will be OK. Front door and washroom door hard to close. renovated washroom and painted all walls

It was ok, room was ok, burn holes in the blanket, great kitchen and washroom, room needs a window covering, my daughter was up at 6 with the sunand à brightly lit room, reception person was a bit rude.

It is clean as it is newly renovated. Staff are friendly. You just need to request for extra towels and tea pot as they are not available in the room. Location is not bad it is just dark at night on the way to the hotel.
