I had a great experience with the employee at check in. I wish I would have gotten her name as she was friendly and personalized my visit. She took extra time with the group in front of me as well as myself. Excellent customer service!

We went for a concert right across the street at the delta center. The room was perfect it exceeded my expectations! I would definitely stay there again for my next trip! Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location if you’re wanting something walking distance to Gateway or Delta Center. We ride the free bus to somewhere else downtown. Very quiet and no problems whatsoever. We used the hot tub twice. My only complaint was the long line at check-in where they only had one person checking people in. Other than that, it was lovely.

Everything was great, front desk gal was AMAZING. Beds are stiff. parking was $22, which was generously waived.

Great for attending an event at the Delta Center. Easy to find and access property. Had an issue with the TV. Staff was very accommodationg, moved us to another room and added points to my Bonvoy account

It was a nice location, but the hot tub was COLD! When you want a nice hot tub at the end of the night! It’s not available,…. Especially when you pay good money on this hotel! Totally not worth it!

Property was very quiet and nice. Only thing is they asked if I wanted a accessible room or just a red standard room. I requested the standard but when we got there, they put us in the corner in accessible room. It was 2 AM when we checked in therefore I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. I do like the fact that you have until 4 AM to check in though

The staff were pretty rude compared to everyone else that we met around Salt Lake City, customer service did not appear to be their forte. Also, there was some mold or something in the room that I was staying in and I now feel better eight hours after leaving the hotel.

Had issues with checking in due to Expedia not updating the reservation just yet. The girl at the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to get us checked in right away. Good, clean place. Would come again.

Very unaccomadating. The room we reserved and paid for 2 weeks ago was booked out before my family of 5 arrived late in the evening. They basically didn't care. Told us to find a different hotel that late or they said would have extra blankets and pillows for my daughter to sleep on floor. That never even happend after calling house keeping and asking the desk once again for the blankets and pillows. Still never happend for the second night either. We did manage to get more towels thankfully. Cramped room with 3 teeneagers for 2 nights. Adjoining room was denied to us also. Im so glad I paid for a large suite just for my kid to sleep on floor. No price adjustment. No give a care whatsoever by mamagment. Not family friendly.
