Our family enjoyed 3 nights at this amazing hotel conveniently located - a 2-3 minute walk to a train station and plenty of food options.
Staff went above and beyond in helping us with our travel needs. check in and out was a breeze.
I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again when visiting Osaka, Kyoto and Nara

I had stayed only one night to explore the city. The hotel served as a good place to rest. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. I liked how it was conveniently located right across Shin-Osaka.

Extremely well located. It would have been good to have lunch continue until 11 AM on the weekend. 10AM is not long enough. There are not enough walkable restaurants within the area. The station is the only dining option. The hotel overall is clean and quiet. They provided a robe, slippers, excellent pour over coffee, body scrub and many other nice touches.

I had a small group of American friends. The check in was quick and smooth.
The room was very comfortable with great amenities. We lived the breakfast because there are very healthy choices and great service. The location was perfect.

Fantastic stay, extremely accessible and convenient location. Did not have any major noise concerns like many other reviewers mentioned. You do hear sounds of a train passing by ever so slightly but it is not significant at all even with a room directly facing the train tracks. Great property and hotel staff were all helpful and friendly.

Stay was good enough. Love the water pressure of the shower. Room with no view and privacy hence have to keep curtain closed at all times. Rubbish wasn’t all cleared.l eg: ramen bowl (finished eating) were still left there.

The hotel is very adjacent to a highway and train line, it was really too bad, I only had 3-4 hours of sleep a night.

Comfortable in terms of climate control, appliances and accessories provided with adequate power points in room and bathroom. Location is convenient, easily accessible in 5 minutes by walking from Shin-Osaka station and travel to Umeda using the JR local line to Osaka station and find food and shopping.

We have a very pleasent and comfortable stay in this hotel. Room is big and very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful both at the receiption and the restaurant. Good breakfast, have many choices of food. Because the hotel is on top of the JR Shin-Osaka station, we can take the train from the airport directly to the hotel, also very convenient to travel to other places.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Clean, quiet spacious room easily accommodated two people. Right next to Shin Osaka train station. Great buffet breakfast offering a wide variety of Western and Japanese options. Will stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

Perfect location just outside Shin Osaka station at exit next to McDonalds. Nice large room with king bed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Make sure to include breakfast option.
