The eclectic decor was eye catching and unusual and is very impressive when one first walks into the rooms. Valeria at check-in was extremely helpful and throughout my stay was very helpful.
The doors need to be slammed in order to close them. I was startled awake by the guest across the hall slamming their door. The toilet needs a brighter light. The air conditioner in the bedroom is noisy. All the taps and faucets are loose and wobble when turning them on and off. The jacuzzi tub did not work. There is peeling paint, some mould and bubbling plaster in one corner of the bedroom. There is peeling paint and crumbling plaster near the entrance way. There are light switches in the bedroom that do nothing and there is a hole in the ceiling where a fixture used to be. The clothes rack in one of the closets is being held up by the ironing board. The bedspread did not have a good smell. There was a sheet on the mattress but no extra sheet for a cover nevertheless I slept on the bed on day one. I requested an extra sheet from Valeria on day 2. I returned to my room on day 2 to find the garbage bag with garbage on the counter of the bathroom, the glasses were in the same spot where I had left them that morning. The bed had the extra sheet on it. On day 3, the glasses were cleaned and left in the kitchen, only one pillow had a case and there was no extra sheet on the bed. Valeria was surprised but brought the pillow case and sheet.
On the whole, I would not recommend this hotel.

The apartment was large and spacious which was a nice change from typical hotels around Athens.

Had an excellent stay. Room was large and very comfortable. Had everything you could want including a full size fridge with water and coffee maker. Would highly recommend.

Andromeda Suites was a very nice place to stay in Athens. The staff were helpful and informative. The two bed apartment was large but could have done with brighter lighting. The furnishing was distinctive and nice. We enjoyed out 4 night stay.

Excellent location, very close to the centre of Athens and to a Metro station of the underground. Nice neighbourhood, quiet but with everything at hand. Big apartment in excellent condition with all amenities. Serviced every day. The mattress was really great, the pillows were anatomical but a bit hard for my taste.
Loved it and I will always keep it in my mind when back to Athens!

Had a really nice time at Andromeda Suites. Our ferry got rescheduled to arrive past midnight and they stayed late to help us check in with no question. Also helped arrange for a driver to pick us up. Overall very nice service! Location is around the embassies and feels like one of the safer neighborhoods in Athens. Walkable to city center and quiet at night. Decor is a bit opulent and outdated but we found it a charming difference from your typical minimalist hipster aesthetic.

The staff were wonderful, especially Anna. They took good care of us. We had a great stay. There are restaurants, a bakery, fast food shops, and a supermarket near the hotel. And bus stops are near. We took Airport bus X95 from and to the airport. The bus stop Mavli square is 100m away from the hotel. It's very convenient and cheap. And it took about 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.
But you can take a bus to the station. We really enjoyed the stay.

The room was a full sized apartment. It was awesome!
The staff was friendly and even upgraded my room for free. It was my first time in Athens and the lady at the desk told ke great places to visit.

Andromeda was recommended by a friend for its location and it did not disappoint. Save area, close to the metro with direct link to the airport, good to very good dinner and breakfast options nearby. Short ride to the city centre and tourist attration or even walking distance if you prefer. Clean, spacious, relatively well equipped and modern flat although a little bit of maintanance might be good at some point. Staff was very friendl6 and helpful. Typical for mediteranean construction, at least in my experience, some rooms have no or very little daylight. Those were the only things missing for highest marks.
I would definitely recommend it unless you are looking for a much more expensive 5 star accomodation.

The front entrance was very welcoming & the lobby was elegant ! Our apartment was clean , well equipped & spacious. It fit our needs perfectly! The staff were warm & welcoming, & very helpful i.e. recommending restaurants.

Our stay here was very pleasant; we had no idea that the value rate we booked it for would mean we stayed in a place 10x worth the the price! It was a beautiful and very large space, easy to access, and very artistic.

The staff is extremely friendly. I arrived late, at around 10:30PM, and even though the front desk closes at 10PM, it was kept open so that I could check in. The apartment was very spacious; a real apartment, not a hotel-style suite. It is very quiet and peaceful, but still only about a 10-12 minute walk to the metro, and 20 minute walk to the Kolonaki neighborhood. A very minor quibble is that some of the drawers were a bit flimsy. Quick note to staff: When a guest unlocks the door to enter past 10PM, they need to re-lock it by using the key; it does not seem to lock on its own. THANKS for being so welcoming!

What a wonderful gem of a hotel in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, in walking distance to the U.S. embassy and several fine restaurants and metro station. Elegant apartment, with superior air conditioning. We were treated to a welcome sip of Greek wine on your arrival.

Spacious, clean, nicely decorated apartment in a convenient location. Restaurants, cafes, metro, supermarket all within 5 - 10 minute walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect base to visit sites in Athens.

My stay at the Andromeda suites was above and beyond the my expectations. The team were fantastic, friendly & helpful; a special thanks goes to Niki who not only arranged for me to store my luggage when I arrived super early, but also went out of her way to have my apartment turned around quickly so I was able to have early access. The apartment itself was large, comfortable & stylish and conviently located just outside the centre in a very safe area near the US Embassy. This is the perfect base to visit Athens.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for our 4 night stay in Athens. The unit had 1 and half bathrooms - perfect for our family of 4. The metro was a very walkable 10 minutes away with plenty of small restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. The US Embassy is nearby so the area is very safe. I would recommend this for families and folks looking for somewhere quiet. Our unit also had a balcony so fresh air was not a problem. Emma at reception was outstanding and very helpful in getting us oriented to Athens and nearby amenities - great job Emma !!

This apartment hotel went beyond that. The rooms were spacious - there was also a balcony on our apparent and the service was amazing... the staff were so helpful on anything you needed. The tips and information we got from the staff was so useful and full of lots of insider tips for newbies to Athens. This apartment is in a great location too - very safe area and only two stops away from the centre of town on the metro. The apartments also offer a car service too which was so helpful on our arrival into Athens and great for getting back to the airport. I cant really say much more other than I cant wait to get back to Athens and stay at these beautiful apartments again! Thank you so much Andromeda for an amazing stay!

After much research my wife and 5 month old baby stayed at Andromeda. The main reasons due to proximity to US Embassy, price and size of rooms. We appeared to be upgraded to a first floor suite. There were two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full living room with tv and incredible furniture and a full kitchen. This was so perfect for our baby to roam around and not to mention two huge balconies. The staff was extremely attentive and did not frown or say anything was to much. They were courteous and timely with our hotel transfers. Overall we will stay again!!

Spent 5 nights at this hotel with my 2 adult daughters in a 2 bedroom suite. Without a car we relied on Taxis to get to acropolis and aceopolis museum and plaka and monesteraki and to glyfada for lunch, to lykabeto and to airport. Taxi fares are very reasonable so really do not need a car in Athens. Breakfast not included in our room so did not partake as felt the 15 euro charge for breakfast was too high. Wifi worked well. Rooms were clean but no top sheets on bed. Also shpwer head was broken but we reported to staff and it was replaced. Staff is very friendly. Overall had nice stay. What would have made it better was free breakfast and a pool.

Having troll through the full list of available hotels available on expedia for athens as this was a last minute trip, Andromeda is definitely the best value of the lot. Most of the hotels in Athens looked dated and overpriced. The room was amazingly spacious with a functional kitchen. A huge living space. This is basically a studio flat/suite. Bathroom was of a high standard. daily housekeeping. Helpful reception staff who would guide you in the right direction. The place is also newly renovated to a very high standard. Great location too and is beside the American Embassy so it is highly safe with 24hr policemen around the area. Metro is close by and the airport shuttle bus (x95) is directly outside the hotel. The only issue was the internet wasnt working for a few hours on the last day but it was sorted out promptly.
