Our only problem was they relied on text for communication in country and our text was having problems even though we got an Airlo SIM card. We had to track them down calling multiple different numbers until we finally reached someone. After that it was great

This is a very nice apartment.
The furnishings, appliances, bedding, etc. were all satisfactory.
Falkirk is a nice place and the location of the apartment is convenient.
I would like to come here again next year.

Stayed here during our first ever trip to Scotland, so that we could be central to many areas around Falkirk via train. The Falkirk Grahamston station is only about a 15-minute walk away, as are a few cafes & pubs. There’s also a big shopping center just a 10-minute walk away with anything from fast food to a pharmacy available. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs and the host Jamie was incredibly responsive via phone/text. Very quiet area besides the sometimes busy Thornhill Road street of cars passing through. Apartment is secured well behind a locked gated courtyard area, and the neighbors were kind. A small mini-mart is below the apartment on the street side, for basic drinks & snacks when needed. Amenities in the apartment were wonderful - only small issue was that the shower often splashes water onto the floor of the bathroom where you’d have to sop it all up with towels. We would definitely stay here again based on all the conveniences and how well furnished & tidy the apartment was.

Lovely place, super clean and with a nice finish. Couldn't quite figure out the heating initially and the support on hand was brilliant.

Property was very suitable in location, dining, walkable.
It was warmer than we like in the bedroom, and luckily there were fans provided. However, the opened windows are on the busy street side. The young drivers were racing and gunning their cars ormotorbikez, especially on the weekend.

Unable to sleep due to music playing until after 3am on night one (of 2 night stay) put a slight damper on the busy day we had planned. Unsure whether this was coming from our apartment building.
Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Overall the apartment was lovely and welcoming.

I got an email on the day of check-in that property was unavailable and booking was cancelled. I had to literally plea with them to re-book me in some other property.
They did but property was not upto the standard.I was there for 3 nights and left quite a few messages about the situation but there was no response from them.

I was a bit surprised how compact the one-bed studio is - it's basically a cabin in the garden - but once I'd got used to it, everything was beautifully thought-out and it didn't feel cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable (just so you know, I like a firmer mattress), the shower was good, and I had everything I needed for a 3-night stay. The self check-in procedure was clearly explained in an email and worked fine. I'd very happily stay here again.

These apartments are lovely. Much roomier than expected for the price. Very reasonably priced. I would love to come back to stay again. The courtyard is very relaxing area.

I knew I had chosen well, however still was surprised at the luxury of this apartment. It had a full sized fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine and pods, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and nice cutlery etc.
The apartment was on the ground floor and was nice and cool in one of the hottest times of the year and although the bedroom backed onto the main road, this was very quiet at night and had great blackout curtains too.

An exquisitely furnished apartment which was a real pleasure to stay at. I'll recommend this place to everyone I know looking to stay in Falkirk! Very well located with parking in the layby. Brilliant value for money.

Was delighted to open the door and find this beautiful apartment. The only challenge was which bedroom to sleep in as both were wonderful. Great power shower, fab location and spotless. Had everything I needed an more for a business stay and enjoyed working from the kitchen island. Comfy beds, comfy sofa's. Gardens are also fab but due to weather did not get to enjoy. Cannot wait to come again - and did not want to leave.

Fantastic! Jamie was such a lovely host and made us feel so welcome. Large, modern apartment that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very close (short walking distance) to shops, restaurants, grocery and the train. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Honestly, what a hidden gem.
I stay in hotels usually in Falkirk, never again... check in was so easy it was effortless, apartment was warm and welcoming. I will be back... couldn't of been better.

Very nice on the inside compared to out.
The problem was the apartment was not clean. The freezer was filthy and the floors were not properly clean.
Appliances etc are all high standard and the bed comfortable.
If the room was clean I’d have changed from good to excellent.

I have used the Carmel apartments a few times and will keep coming back. The apartments are very well appointed and spacious. The Netflix account is also a good positive! On this occasion I did notice that the sofas appeared to have a lot of crumbs and hair in the seams which was a bit unusual compared to normal level of cleanliness. But, the beds are very comfy, and I will definitely come back again

We stayed in Falkirk for 2 nights to attend the funeral of a close friend. The apartment was very conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. It contained everything we needed and the management team were extremely helpful when we arrived back without our key!

The apartment was okay but not as expected.Not very clean, toliet seat broken, coffee machine was not having any water filled, TV very close to the sofa (not a good viewing angle).I would not stay again.

Beautifully kept and private property. Excellent service- whatever you need they have no problem delivering. My one and only complaint would be that the mattress was not very comfortable. Besides that a great choice overall. Central to everything and very well set up.

Such a lovely place to stay. I was away with work for 3 nights and wanted a central place in Scotland so this was perfect. Everything went so smoothly. Easy instructions to get in. The apartment 172 was so well thought out. Lovely decor and very comfortable. Excellent nice touches like the toiletries and netflix. A brilliant all round place if you want to get away from the same old hotel routine. Falkirk may not be the best for culture etc but an excellent base. I will definitely be back. Also Sanam tandoori is ace for a curry.
