Small rooms and bring your own soap. Nice TV and AC. Not deeply clean, but not much to expect for the price. Good friendly staff. My room had a funky smell but stayed only a couple of nights. Not so good for big and tall and older people because space is seriously limited specially in the bathroom.

WAS Good but photos for the jacuzzi showed the photos in the cheaper one when it was in the expensive one but they still gave the expensive room for the same price... This photo issue needs to be fixed very misleading not good...

The hotel was good with the exception of the size of our first room and the rainfall shower heads that spewed water every way but down. We had to turn the water volume to nil so the whole bathroom area wouldnt get soaked. The area was very sketchy with hookers on the street (although legal in Columbia) just two blocks away, day and night

The hotel is very modern and is well maintained. The room I was in was a little tight however with everything I needed. The people that work there are competent and friendly. Very good value for your money. Breakfast was fine as well.i would stay there again for sure. Very close to metro so its extremely well situated.

This area of this hotel is one where many wholesalers work, many trucks travelling around the area offloading goods. The room itself that was reserved was very small, especially for two people...I paid extra for an upgraded room.

Great safe location, I, being a single adult, one block away from the evening action, enjoyed my three nights stay there. Breakfast was simple and clean. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Was nice and the room is verry clean, but have the same breakfast al day, they have to do more options.

Newer hotel, good internet...overall good service but somewhat disorganized staff with some infighting

This hotel is not located in the touristic area which we found to be safer. We noticed that the touristic areas have more thieves and people asking for money to buy food but werent homelessThey are cabs always around and nice home restaurants near by The view of the mountains is incredible

This is a new hotel. The rooms were clean, although not too spacious. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, because a couple of blocks further there are bars and hourly hotels. But we had never problems when we came back at night from the Ayura metro station which is about a 15 minutes walk away. This metro connects to Poblado, el Centro, el Terefico etc. Near the hotel are a lot of small restaurants, a lot of clothing stores and central mayorista (supermarkets). The closest cambio is western union in Platino plaza. Breakfast is almost everyday the same, eggs with ham or sausage with bread or arepa, juice and coffee or chocolate with milk. Taxis are everywhere. To Parque Lleras and Premium Plaza is about 10.000 pesos. Note that the hotel is not in Medellin, but in Itagui, a couple of metro stations farther. To the international airport is 75.000 pesos by taxi. Also I say thanks to the night ladies and the lady from the restaurant for their effort to communicate with us through google.translate because Spanish is not our language.

The hotel is located right next to Medellín, in Itagui. The area is okey. The room is not very thoroughly cleaned during the stay. No one at the hotel speaks a word of English, but most of the staff is really friendly and nice! Basically you get what you paid for and that's nothing bad.

Areas a bit sketchy but its close to the metro and a agricultural market place, shops, banks and local eating places.The hotel rooms are small but functional, think Tune Hotel size.Make sure you print your reservation as its a pay at the hotel and they attempted to over charge me by 50% only backing down when I produced the print out.

Great place

Very impressed with this hotel. I booked at the last minute for a place to stay while on vacation. The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. There is not much besides a few restaurants and a shopping center near the hotel, however the Ayura metro station is a short ten minute walk away, which allowed to us easily access all our destinations throughout Medellin. I would stay here again if I get the chance to go back!

They have ambience music in the rooms like nowhere else. Great service and all new facilities.
