All was good. The shower floor felt like it was going to cave in LOL but everything else was great. These soaking pools were really nice

We got into town after check-in so we messaged the host and they told us how to get in so that was easy. The property was clean when we arrived.
This is a very old, outdated place to stay with old grandma beds so not that comfortable. If you want a nostalgic feel of grandma's house, this is the one! If you prefer something a bit more comfortable, your options are limited.
With that said, host was great in accommodating our late check in and made that easy. No AC (but when we stayed, just opened the windows and it cooled down).
We (possibly mistakenly) thought this one was remodeled but I believe that is only the Suite.
The master bedroom has a window that can't be closed to the room with the three other beds so, if the couple in there snores, there's no way not to hear them all night.
Everything was clean and there were towels on each bed ready to go though!

A pleasantly quaint stay at a classic old style mining town hotel. Very nice condition, and all furnishings were period correct,,, and INTERESTING.

I thought it was perfect for our needs. Although the hot tub was offered we ended up babysitting grands and didnt take that lovely offer. The buildings in Silverton are all older and dirt roads cause a lot of dust. AC is not common is this area, so dust may bebin the room. The floor fan provided and open windows were enough for us. The bed was comfortable the bathroom is renovated and very nice. The kitchen is all older but has all the essential elements. Smart TV. We had a queen bed and a spare twin. If it were my place I'd up grade the sofa maybe tontwo recliners. They had board games and are over a lovely ice creamery. Not handicap accessible and the steps to get tonthe room are original to the building. Very step. I would stay here again and ive done every thing from rough camping to 5 star resorts.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. It was very dusty. Didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared dirty and old. Only needed the room to sleep so didn’t make use of anything other than the bed and bathroom. The spa pools were nice.

Apartment rooms are up a long staircase. It was rough for us older folk daily. Otherwise was a great place to stage for 4 wheeling adventures. No on site parking.

Unique, nostalgic, could definitely use a really good cleaning. Carpet is old and dirty, lots of dust. Not the easiest checkin. The location is fun.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very large room with all the amenities that you need except we did not know it did not have air conditioning, but come to find out we didn’t need it. It does have a fan in the window. It gets pretty cold at night, the bags were pretty comfortable. One of the twin beds was a little soft but the other beds were great. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The suite was large, quiet and had everything we needed for a ski hop. I imagine in summer it may be a bit louder as it is on a main street. Loved the hot pools for relaxing after a hard day on the mountain!

Rustic vibe in a cool town. Stayed in Anvil room. Lots of space. Clean. Friendly owner with good communication. Visited mid September so had no trouble with temperature. Kept a window cracked in the evening. Might be warmer during other summer months. Really loved the apartment, though. One of my favorite stays in Colorado.

This was such a gem as they have 3 mineral soaking pools below the suites. Owner was so friendly and it was such a personal stay. The suites are old but it is clean. We loved the old charm feel of it and staying in an old mining town. It was perfect for us!

Our family truly enjoyed our overnight stay. Very comfortable and quaint. More like a home than hotel. We arrived very late but Paul accommodated with no problem. Check out was quick and easy. We got so much bang for our buck. We all agreed this will be our place when we return.

We loved our stay at Smedley’s! Paul was helpful and we had everything we needed. It was right on the Main Street, within walking distance of the Coffee Bear and great restaurants.

We really liked that the suite was right downtown in Silverton near restaurants and shops. The sleeping arrangement suited what we needed perfectly, there's handy kitchen and seating area available, and our host was wonderful about communication. If we find our way back to Silverton, I would stay there again!

Manager was awesome. Anything you need. Dips in his amazing mineral spa are included with stay. Place is dated and not cleaned well. Bed old and loud. But for an off roading haven, it was roomy and nice place to unwind.

It had lots of room. Little pricey. Should let us know that we check in, in the ice cream shop and that you cant check in early. Nice to have appliances but could be updated. The place was nice and moderen other wise. We couldnt get windows to close but it didnt get cold in there.
