The property was great and close to a large retail area. The entrance required room key to gain entrance - and was the only thing I thought was odd, but understandable seeing the area around the property.

They have an area to play basketball but their basketball is not full of air and didn’t play well. The people next door were or upstairs were really noisy but overall it was a great room and next to Legends mall. I would stay there again and bring my own basketball

Great area just across the street for shopping, eating and letting the kids run around and play. Not having free parking was a bit of a letdown. Never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at before but The Legends just across the street is awesome!

They had a bunch of kids staying for something, which was annoying, even though staff tried to keep them under control with no parents present. Teresa was amazing being by herself on a busy Friday. We were late checking in and had to wait to get into the hotel with the secure entry. The room was great except the ice maker didnt work/leaked behind the fridge and the air vent blows right on the bed...

It was a great place to stay. Very convenient right next to shopping and dinning. So no need to drive anywhere. The GM checked us in and he was great.

This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!

Very clean property. Parking could be an issue on a weekend with a fully booked hotel.
We missed breakfast by 5 minutes and staff was already cleaning it up. Breakfast staff kind of hid in the kitchen when they saw us looking for something left.
Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly.
Overall a great property for the Legends area. Convenient for shopping, dining and area events.

was told over the phone I could check in early, upon arrival in person was told it would be another hour after I had almost completed the entire check in process and he “checked with housekeeping.” not sure why that wasn’t told to me originally on the phone but instead the person lied to me on the phone and said our room was ready. Breakfast was smaller than advertised and not everything was offered consistently. Also considering I’m paying for parking I expect to be able to find a parking spot when I come back to my hotel for the evening. Only to have the parking spots taken up by UNPAID vehicles.
