It was fine
The only concern was the exhaust fan in the bathroom of rm 265 was filthy
I was going to report it but the office was closed til 9 am and I was on my way
Please check and clean all the exhaust fans
Other than that the bathroom was very clean

It’s evident that there’s been recent efforts to upgrade this motel. The room is clean, and in good shape. The location is on the outskirts of town so restaurants, shops et al are not in walkable proximity.

I stay here once a year on my way to a cottage. Lots of good changes in the last few years. Just a few little things that travellers look for these days that are missing - usb charging ports for devices for one. Drapes that don't cover the air conditioners and stop air flow would be a good change moving forward.

Not much choice in Bancroft, and this really is a motel which is popular with many construction road crews. Noisy. Road noise is loud too. Rooms are refreshed, same furniture. Will try something else next time or just drive on through.

Blankets were old and very thin…useless.
Bathroom fan attached to light not good plus it is so loud, had to shut it down, mean no lights on the bathroom :(
No celling lighting at all, only table lamps. Can’t see if room is really clean or not
Towels thin and worn out. Bath towel too small.
Guests smoking right outside room doors which is gross!

Stayed here for 1 night on a motorcycle trip through the area. The bed and room were just right. The only issue was the entrance area of the driveway is in poor condition and a little sketchy when on a motorcycle.

This is fine for a inexpensive stopover on the way. It is dated and very uninspiring as a destination. That said it was perfectly fine for an overnight stop

Stayed an extra day and did not have to moved . The price was right. If we go there again, I would book the main floor as I have a walking disability. The steps were a challenge.Everything else was good.

No toiletries even though there was a sign there were items at the desk. I forgot my razor and comb.

This is a great place for a quick overnight stopover. It’s close to main shopping and town amenities, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves are a little dated. I think there were some renos going on when I stayed there because there was some materials stored at the bottom of the stairwell area, so hopefully the rooms and motel itself gets the well-deserved upgrade it’s in need of. Overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights very impressed, clean rooms with new upgrades, comfy bed it’s going to be a very nice place when they get all the rooms done. Will definitely stay here again.
