The chap on Reception when we arrived was very polite and professional. The room was very clean and good value for money.

The hotel is very nice and room 224 was very spacious but the bed mattress was a bit lumpy and so didn’t sleep very well.
Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable.

Excellent overnight stay. Room was very well appointed, really comfortable bed. Good shower. Very quiet, so got a good night’s sleep. Good sized car park. We were staying as visiting the New Theatre in town. We chose to travel by taxi, which wasn’t cheap at £15.00 each way, but excellent service and friendly drivers, organised by hotel. Breakfast was quite good; lots of choice but hot buffet could be better, with addition of fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, however room was smaller than expected and breakfast was okay. But staff were friendly and wifi worked well. The hotel rooms didn’t have a fridge which would have been ideal.

Would definitely stay again, very clean and lovely breakfast with great coffee and fresh waffles.
The bus stop was just over the road and takes about half an hour to get you in the centre of Oxford, costing £4 return.

Although out of the city it was only a 20 minute bus ride away, a chance to see Oxford away from the city centre.. It’s next to the Kassan Stadium so handy for football fans, plus bowling and cinema.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room a good size and had everything we needed.. The breakfast offering good.
The staff were friendly and helpful, Olena was super helpful when we arrived and provided lots of useful information. Would definitely stay there again

Amazing stay overall everything was great and breakfast was nice too. Only issue I would say the mattress is very uncomfortable and hard to sleep tough the discomfort

Fabulous hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the room was lovely. Cannot fault the stay and would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money too.

Great hotel BUT the hotel is around the corner from a water company at the area absolutely stinks like sewer water. And this smell continues into the hotel and into your room.

Surrounding area looks messy- boarded up houses etc, hotel looks well presented and clean. Some parts of the room need looking at- patchy fixes on the wall- stands out where filler and paint doesn’t match the rest of the wall, some old fixings on wall after they have been broken in shower- either replace or remove don’t leave rust metal on the wall in a bathroom, loose rail in bathroom

Despite an error with our room requirements on booking (from the app not the hotel) on check-in, this was resolved promptly and helpfully. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were small but well set up, had everything we needed. The beds could have been a little comfier! Tasty breakfast, decent choice and staffed well. Good base for Oxford Park and Ride.

Everything was in place, lobby was pretty and it looks decent. We stayed in connected room and my family was happy about it.
The bed was firm and clean. Even sofa bed was nice. Shower was great. Breakfast was good. Basic but we loved the waffle machine. Staff was kind. There were some cinema bowling and other things nearby.

The hotel breakfast was average some of the food on offer was cold We came back to hotel one afternoon and the cleaners had broken a glass in the bathroom and there was some glass left on the floor If we hadnt noticed and gone in barefoot it could have been very serious as I am diabetic We complained twice and no one seemed bothered The surrounding area of the hotel was a dirty disgrace and quite honestly if we could have found the manager we would have demanded a partial refund

One night stay, plenty of free parking, basic breakfast included. Shower was okay, although the water does leak out. The wash basin has far to much surround and the toilet is pretty high. Noise from the bathroom fan leaks into the room. A/C was functional.

Awful pillows - so flat. Plug sockets not wprking, usb points not working. Shaver socket not working. No drinking water left in room. A basic surely?

Hotel was spotless and clean from minute we entered. Staff extremely friendly, polite and courteous. Breakfast offered a good selection and kept well stocked. Lovely and quiet offering facilities around the corner for food and fun. Handy for driving to park and ride into Oxford.

Breakfast isn’t the best, got down at 8am and the hot food counter was cold and it doesn’t seem to be the freshest breakfast.

I called in advance to request connecting rooms and a travel cot for my daughter. On arrival they told me I had only one room in my booking and I had to go back to my invoice to prove them wrong. Then they gave us separate rooms and there were no cots in either of them. The bathroom in our room was dirty, with track marks all over the floor. I'm never coming here again.

Really nice hotel and would definately recommend. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the lack of cutlery and some breakfast items which were slow to appear. Otherwise very good stay.
