We love the staff here all so friendly and helpful, lovely big Villa and driver Nyoman is amazing, lots of information he gives you while driving and always willing to take you whenever and wherever. We will definitely be back

Uma Padi was amazing. 5 of us rented out the entire property for our stay. The one bedroom villa, pool and garden view room was well appointed with a comfy 4 poster bed and amazing bathroom with large tub and stone shower. The staff was readily available and made a delicious breakfast for us each day. We had a lovely outdoor kitchen in a beautiful outdoor garden with plunge pool. I highly recommend Uma Padi if you want to away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town, but want to be close enough to be walkable.

Very unique, small family villas, a little outside of Ubud, so would be convenient to arrange a daily driver or rent a motorbike. But the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we had an authentic Ubud experience there

I had a very nice stay here. The villa is private, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and breakfast is delivered to your villa at a time specified by you. The location is just 10 minutes by bike along a straight road to the town centre.

Only like the fact that it has a private pool. The rest are pretty disappointing. Property not maintained well, linens cleanliness are poor - in fact, the comforter smells bad. Staff coordination is superb lousy or don’t keep their words. Had requested for late check out by an hour when checkin. Despite being granted after a call, 2 other staffs kept telling me that I must check out by 12 on 2 separate occasions the next day, which is super annoying.

King size bed in the villa was great and the pool is the perfect size for us. We had the pleasure of doing a two day tour with Nyoman one of the owners. He was amazing, showing us all the big attractions in the area and taking the time to teach us about the local Balinese culture. He answered all our questions and has great knowledge about the local area. He is a very polite and gracious host. We arrived as guests and left as friends. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who would like to see a part of the real Bali. Thank you Wayan, Nyoman and all the staff......

It was a great and spacious villa

Very friendly staff and caring owner. The villas are gorgeous and outfitted with everything one could need. Good, ample breakfast. The offered motorbike rental and shuttle service are necessary because of the location amidst rice paddies. Somewhat run-down surroundings (almost no warungs or shops) but a glimpse into local life at the same time. The shuttle service could be improved in terms of frequency and organisation. There is a "prayer broadcast" nearby at 6 a.m. which might inconvenience light sleepers. Overall, we had a great time.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and service was great. Location is very peaceful and its a short drive from the city. Only sad thing was that the pool was too cold to swim in.

Villa provides 1 round trip of free shuttle service everyday to and fro ubud central to villa. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a rice field view outside the villa (not really visible from inside the villa). I was very afraid of mosquitoes and so I put the mosquito coil at the door so that I can burn it at night. I return to my room the following night to realise that the staff has burned it for me! What a pleasant surprise. Do not expect the house and furnishing to be 4 5 stars standard. They're a homely stay for everyone where you'll meet down to earth people. They offer half/full day tour and massage services in the villa at reasonable rates. You can chill in villa whole day. Truly enjoy my stay there with Uma Padi.

Great host, lovely private villa with a small pool. Car is always standing by to send to Ubud centre which is ten mins drive away.

The 1 bedroom that I had booked had a very small courtyard with no direct sun on the pool. It was also overlooked by both the windows and balconies of the 2 adjoining villas so absolutely no privacy in the pool / courtyard area. The owners did allow me to stay in a 3 bedroom villa which had an amazing courtyard area and beautiful, sunny pool. Unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen areas are very old and need a serious makeover. The English breakfast was very poor with no toast for the eggs and only 1 strip of bacon. On leaving I was asked to pay a 3.5% charge for paying with my visa which was not mentioned when I made the booking

Amazing stay here at Uma Padi. Nothing like a chorus of roosters waking you up in the morning. In the midst of a rice field, the amount of green soothes your senses. The service from Uma Padi is impeccable and they even provide short hops to Ubud should you need one. Also if needed are day tours which day can arrange for you.

New family run villa with great size pool that you can actually swim in. Located in quiet laneway not to far out of Ubud centre. Your hosts will provide a mobile phone and will drop/collect you from the local tourist attractions and restaurants. Nothing is too much trouble, they even gave us a little beat box to play music. Breakfast was delicious, loved the fruit smoothie. Great for couples or larger groups as they can open up the villas to suit. Although they don't mention it in their listing, they can collect you from the airport and drop you back (for a cheaper rate). Large fridge in the outdoor kitchen kept the bingtan COLD. We will be bringing the family back with us.

The cosy villa is very new and clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom. It's well equipped with all you need including cooking utensils. The private pool and garden is very relaxing with comfortable beach chairs for napping. The area is quiet and surrounding with rice field without any noise from cars and crowds. Restaurants, convenient stores and shops are within walking distant. The delicious breadfast is served in the villa with western or Indonesia style. Western breakfast includes omelet, sausage and bread. Indonesia style includes fried rice or fried noodle. With also juice, coffee and fruits. The owner is a very nice gentleman with fluent English. He provides a mobile phone to contact him anytime. Free shuttle service to city center is also provided without schedule. Very flexible. Just call the owner and he will drive you to and from the place you want to go with useful suggestion and introduction of the area. What a pity I just knew when the owner drove us to airport that he and his brother Ari have a private tour company with excellent commends from TA. The owner is already a great driver and I would definitely book the service if I know that in advance. This villa is highly recommended.
