The apartment was large enough for our group. The bed in master bedroom was too high and tv didn't work. Kitchen floor sticky. Some outlets non functioning. The wifi info given to us was incorrect. Parking was very difficult for average size suv. Area around facilities were not safe feeling. Adjacent businesses closed. Many homeless people loitering around.

The room was in the basement, no light. Used towels were on the floor upon our arrival. Staff not very welcoming. No power outlets near the beds. Room extremely different from pictures supplied by hotels.com

Nice hotel overall. Front desk person really friendly and polite. No elevatot to get to the room but it's to be expected with an plder building. Room clean and revamped!

The property was not at all as shown in the picture, while booking the property. Room had a bug hole in ceiling due to previous water leakage. All night there was sound of water flowing in the pipes, which was very annoying.

Hotel was in a nice building and good neighborhood. Floors were squeaky as it was an old building. Parking was not on property, it was street parking with a 2 hour limit. Also the lack of an elevator was difficult with luggage.

the reception at the front desk was cold and unfriendly-we were there for 3 days and the room was never made up or cleaned they told us this was there policy - no change of towels for the full duration of stay they supplied no shampoo all we got to clean up was small bar soap This Hotel should not be recommended by Expedia.

We had 2 rooms. Neither had working A/C and were uncomfortably warm. We did get a credit for that. The room was very spacious, but the floors were very dirty. The staff was accommodating, but not much they could do. The restaurant downstairs had decent food and good service.

Our room was clean and very spacious. It had all amenities including iron, ironing board, fridge, desk etc.
Bathroom was well appointed.
The only negative was the air-conditioner wss not working

The place was old and poorly maintained. No staff except one person at the reception, who was unhelpful when asked about parking and hotel hours. No parking place, you have to park in the street in front. Laundry bags line the hallways and cardboard boxes are stacked in corners. I do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Old property. Nice restaurant bar downstairs. Only on street parking. Desk staff are very inattentive verging on rude.

Staff is too lazy to help or supply help. Asking a question is like pulling a teeth. They have 2 males employee at front desk that I would fire right away….

The staff was nice and friendly, But the hotel is very old and dated, had to change rooms it smelled so bad. The parking was horrible, I had a trailer and had to park a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
This whole property needs some serious TLC.

The hotel was OK, I realise there aren't a lot of options with hotels in that location. But the offsite parking was inconvenient, and it was a very old building that has been updated, but still very dated. Large room and jacuzzi, but needs to be made more modern for sure. Handle was falling off the toilet

Pros: Location is close to shops and restaurants. The property is uniquely beautiful.
Con: disappointed to get into the shower to find no soap or shampoo in the dispenser and the tub drain was clogged.
