Amazing house in a quaint English village.

Brilliant stay at a wonderful cottage. The breakfasts were very good and the cottage was in a prime location to easily get around Devon. All good, nice hosts, great room and will definitely stay there again.

Donna and Steve were welcoming and friendly. Their home was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with fresh local produce. Colyton is a lovely small village with good pubs in walking distance.

From the moment we arrived at the White Cottage we were made to feel warmly welcomed by Donna and Steve who turned out to be excellent hosts.
We were shown around the property by Steve and then taken to our room.
Our room was clean and comfortable with a large en suite including separate bath and shower. The room had tea and coffee, fresh bottled water and biscuits, plentiful towels and bathroom products.
Breakfast was an ample choice of cereals, with fresh fruit, yoghurts and fruit juice followed by a generous, well cooked, course using quality ingredients.
Donna and Steve go out of ther way to ensure the satisfaction of their guests in a friendly and professional manner and take pride in doing so.
We will definitely be visiting again in the future and look forward to doing so!!

Beautiful old house with tasteful decor, original walls, floors and ceilings but with modern facilities. Our room had a super comfy super king bed with en suite bath and separate shower cubicle. Nice touch with having an insulated jug of fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room and fresh bottle of water rather than filling kettle from bathroom tap. Lovely garden with seating-too cold to suit outside unfortunately. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious, with yoghurt, fruit, toast and cereals too. Hosts were lovely. Highly recommend

We loved The White House. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room, lounge and breakfast areas were spotlessly clean, the garden was stunning and the little touches like the jug of milk and bottle of ice cold water for the room, was a bonus. The cooked breakfast set us up for the day and was really tasty with the sausages locally sourced. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Cute 600 year old, recently remodeled B&B with a great garden. The owners were very friendly and personable. A great pub across the street (The Kingfisher).

Lovely warm welcome, room was very spacious, warning as it is a old cottage the floors and roof are uneven/ sloping so my 6ft 2 partner found the bathroom interesting! Breakfast was lovely and everyone was so nice.

Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the large bathroom had everything you could need and again was spotless. Breakfast was very tasty, offering a full English with choice of how you'd like your eggs cooked, cereals, fruits and yoghurts also on offer - tea and coffee. We stayed here 1 night, arrived at 7pm and the host was very friendly, he offered to book us a table for dinner in the pub about 1min walk from the B&B, which was very nice and filling. The room where we stayed was great, clean and comfortable, massive bed compared to our previous B&B experiences, the bathroom was big too-it had a separate shower and a bath too!! Breakfast was cooked to order and it was delicious, with mixed bread toasts. Fruit salad was freshly prepared in bowls, choice of cereals, selection of yogurts. Will definitely come back if we are in the area. B&B has separate cottages for self-catering holidays too, great if you plan to come for longer stays with family.
