The beach was right there

This was our 4th time staying. With our dog. Always very enjoyable. Will be staying again next year.

Property is dated and needs renovations. Rooms are old and not worth the price.

The worse place I have stayed in. the room was dirty, I was scared to sleep in bed, didn't even attempt to use the shower, the cable didn't work. I will never waste my money here again

It was right on the beach and they provided chairs and towels for you to bring to the beach which was a plus!

Our family had a fantastic time at the Drifting Sands Hotel. It was right on the beach and our room had a wonderful view of the ocean. Most importantly, they made an accommodation for my parents to move to a ground floor room as they were originally on the second floor in a building without an elevator. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

This place is not worth the money the rooms were out dated and not clean. I do not recommend

Our building had no WiFi service & no effort was made to fix this problem. We had no one come to our room to empty garbage or provide clean towels.

The property is clean but very run down. Tried to reach the front desk with a question and they did not answer the phone after over 20 attempts.

We had a nice time. Nice property, nice amenities and a friendly crew!

We loved how close the beach was to the hotel. Beach chairs, and beach badges were provided. Loved the location. We will be back

Perfect location, clean rooms

Located on the beach, and far enough from the tourist attractions.

We arrived early for check in and the front desk staff was very kind and quickly got us checked in with beach passes and our room keys. We stayed in the same building the lobby is attached to. It’s important to note that the photos shown of the rooms online do not match what the rooms look like in person. They are very outdated and in desperate need of some TLC. When we got to our room we immediately noticed the poorly made beds and sand everywhere on the floors, especially in the bathroom. We chose to make do with this and did not complain. The balcony was the nicest part of the room and I enjoyed the view we had. You’re only allowed to park one car on the property per room, so if you have more than one vehicle you will need to park in the road - they don’t sell additional parking passes. Be very careful about where you park as someone backed right into our truck during the early hours of Saturday morning while attempting to parallel park. This is a great location just steps from the beach and they do have beach chairs for guests to use that were in good condition. Upon checkout we returned our beach badges/room keys in person to the front desk staff and headed home. Unfortunately, since then this hotel has randomly attempted on multiple occasions to charge my card. Nobody at the hotel could explain to me why this was happening. I finally had my credit card company block them. It’s a shame because I do think this place has potential, however I am left very disappointed.

Dated property in need of a refresh and some updates but great location and view

The staff is very nice, allowed us early check in and gave the beach badges so we could go to the beach not wasting any time. :)

Place was very clean! Rug was old! Seats by table were very uncomfortable. Need a chair to sit on! Never would rent on 3rd floor again! They were very helpful! They helped me with my bags.

Convenient walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and activities. Rarely had the good beach chairs available. We always got stuck with folding chairs you’d be more likely to see on a camping trip. Would be nice if beach umbrellas would be offered, even if for an extra fee.

False advertising of the room we were supposed to get and the room we got was no where near the ocean it was facing a parking lot and was so dirty , floor was dirty mold was on lamp shade it was so bad and our key kept not working we had to go back everyday for new keys . We tried changing rooms but no others were available we were not happy and it was for my daughters 16th bday :(

No-nonsense suite in older property but perfect location right by the beach. Efficiency kitchen, separate bedroom, balconies facing the beach... it was affordable and functional. Had a great time!

The Location is great. Beautiful place.

This hotel is very unclean and very unsafe. When entering the room the strong smell of mold was overpowering. The door did not close properly making the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I would not recommend. When trying to get a hold of a manager it was not possible. Resulting in no refund. Very disappointed.

Staff was nice. Room ready on time. Had to request new clean pillowcases which did not come until I found housekeeping staff on our floor. Carpets were old and badly stained. Bedskirts old and dingy. Bathroom not the cleanest which was reported but not addressed. Did like that they provided beach badges and parking was easy Walk to beach was easy.

Great beachfront location

Proximity to the beach was key. Oceanfront balcony was lovely. Also the chair and beach towel service was a big plus

The room we stayed in was very outdated. The bathroom was in rough shape. The kitchen was missing some standard items. The room was not particularly clean. We did arrive on a Sunday and there were many rooms to turn over that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful.

On beach

Nice place. Would stay there again for a short weekend stay in LBI. Friendly staff with an easy check-in and check-out procedures. It was nice to be able to have close access to the beach with provided chairs and towels. The room was larger than expected and the balcony was nice to sit on in the morning or evening. Easy walking distance to Wawa, breakfast/lunch spots and ice cream
