The check in gentleman was very nice, however the room was filthy. The mattress are disgusting full of stains look 100 years old. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and there appeared to be feces or something in the wall. This seems to be a party spot. This was the worst place I ever stayed. I wanted to sleep in my car as opposed to the bed there. Check your mattress if you stay here. Wish I could share pics of it here.

The room was a perfect size for my kids. Had all the necessitates that we needed. Was in perfect walking distance to the beach and shops. Family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi

You cannot beat the location, simply park & then walk to the beach or pier, perfect! Front desk went out of their way to offer early check-in to accomodate us. Nice pool on property. A larger group staying there had fun partying but we enjoyed the atmosphere. Clean towels delivered each day and although pretty basic, the room met our needs & we had everything we needed. AC was perfect. We recommend this motel for an OOB stay.

I am significantly plussed with the property. My biggest concern or criticism is cleanliness. The floor, bathroom wall and overall smell of the room. It looks like there are things being updated but to feel that your sheets and bed are of the utmost cleanliness is important. I felt a bit uneasy about that. If you are on the first floor- you will def hear the people upstairs walking around.

It was my first time booking a place in Maine at Old Orchard Beach. I will tell you that the staffs were really nice and so was the stay. Since I am a light sleeper the only thing I did not like was the train noise when it passes by in the middle of the night. Other than that I had an amazing stay and my daughter was very happy I booked a room at Beau Rivage Motel! Definitely will be booking again!

The room was fine. The pool was cold and our room was on the second floor. I have trouble with depth perception so stairs are not my friend. Distance to the ocean is great. Parking was strange and our space was difficult to get to. All in all it was fine.

This motel was perfect for my trip. It's across the street from beach in a spot where the beach wasn't too crowded. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of Old Orchard Beach. The property was clean and quiet.
The kitchenette meant I could save money. There is a pool and hot tub to relax in. My only complaint was that one of the beds was hilariously squeaky. It's not a fancy motel but I didn't care. It was clean, quiet, had good water pressure and was incredibly close to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean, pool was clean and nice. pillows and sheets not the best. Our room was very dark with no sunlight. Only a 2 day get away and we did enjoy our stay.
7 minute walk to the center of town made it nice! Approximately 100 steps to the our best beach, even better! Fireworks every Thursday on the beautiful beach.

Room was clean, but older hotel, expected. The shower needs to be recalked, as it is bleached and grey.
The motel said Wi-Fi available but the office did not give it to us nor was it posted in the room. The office closed before 5 PM so we were unable to get it. My husband relaxes by watching his Baseball games in the evenings.
The beach access was visible from our room. We had a beautiful evening and walks on the beach.

A RR track was directly behind Motel and freight train went by and blew whistle three times in the night and rattled the bed. Not quiet.

The Wi-Fi is unstable and signal is week. Don't count on this Wi-Fi signal to work or for your kids. It's quite surprising with today's technology that you have that kind of bad internet connection.

Solid hotel. Our room was outdated but clean. You can’t beat the location although depending on room it was a little on pricey side.

It was clean but you get what you pay for. 300 a nite gives you a clean outdated older motel room not far from the beach. CLEAN is what was important to me.

Room was smaller than expected m. I was told we would have an ocean view and we did not. Found a large bug in my bed, disgusting. Shower did not drain and refrigerator leaked water. Mentioned to staff but no one came to fix it. Ask for maid service and did not receive it. Needed to get our own towels and toilet paper when we needed it. Property run down and needs repair.. Seriously paid a fortune for the room, so disappointing. Do not recommend.

Our room is clean and exactly as described online. The check-in process was fast and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful with area suggestions. The property location is perfect, and the price was very reasonable.

Parking was a little bit of tight quarters but since we didnt have to move the car until we checked out it wasnt that much of an issue, but maybe not everyone will want to stay around that location their entire stay. Other than the heat not working at out room my wife and I completely enjoyed our stay there. We thought it was very nice and roomy for the two of us. The woman running the office was just super friendly. And it being very close to the pier and the shops and eateries was a big bonus. This place will be on our list the next time we stay at Old Orchard.
