This is a small privately owned B&B. There is no lobby or front desk. The building has two levels. The owner lives in the lower level. The breakfast room is also on lower level. The upper level has (i think) 3 guest rooms. When you come to the property, you press the buzzer outside the gate and the owner lets you in. That's why they ask for approximate check-in time so the owner expects you. This is an incredibly charming little place. The staff personally bake the bread etc, prepare freshly squeezed juice, and wait on you at breakfast. This was a really wonderful experience. Rooms are small but adequate. Clean and well maintained. No parking space on property. We went in August when street parking is free and we easily found spaces nearby. Highly recommend this place. We stayed two nights. Staff gave me their cell number, so we could communicate with them at any time with questions.

Emmanuelle, the host was very helpful. Informed us of the public transport system . The bus is less than five minutes walk and metro is about 15 minutes . Breakfast was always warm and ready at the designated time we chose. The room was ready when we arrived (we checked in early).

Very helpful proprietor. Lovely lady. Nice breakfast. Property is a little far out. 15 minutes walk from Metro or tram and an hour from CDG Airport. It would be nice to have tea, coffee and milk in the room.

It’s a bit of a walk from the metro if you are hauling luggage. But the room is gorgeous, with a fantastic staff. Make sure you notify the hotel the day before that you are arriving so someone meets you at the gate.

My wife and I visited Paris for our anniversary. This was an French apartment type place with breakfast prepared by the owner. She was very sweet and helpful with any questions we had. We stayed there for a few days using the metro bus and subway to get around. The bus station was a minute away from the place and very easy to use to get around the city, which took about 25 mins. We traveled from and to the hotel by bus everyday which was awesome.This place is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The place was well taken care of. There was Wi-Fi in the room which helped out with our metro plans for the day.

Huge beautiful room, actual king size bed, very charming, quiet and comfortable! Not far from the metro

A great place to stay. We decided to stay just outside of central Paris, but close enough to get to town with a short taxi ride. A good area with excellent local restaurants. The host was superb. Good large room, with tasteful and interesting decor. Happy to recomment

Les Suites de Vanves was AMAZING! We actually had the room in the photos with a great little balcony right off the room! The owner went out of her way to make it an wonderful stay! The room was clean and cozy and breakfast each morning in the courtyard below as WONDERFUL! The location is about a 10-minute walk to the Metro (but about a 2-second walk to the bus) and the neighborhood is full of great little local restaurants. I was even able to get laundry done while here for a reasonable rate! The minor issue is that there is no lift so if you are traveling for a long trip and have heavy bags you have to haul them up a steep flight of stairs -- but truly that's a very minor issue. We had an amazing stay and I will definitely be back!!!

The proprietor was very kind, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My room was exactly as pictured. It was very quaint, clean and spacious with nice decor. It is located right outside of Paris on a quiet street and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Porte de Versailles metro station. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!

OK, great location for bus #58 at the corner.I returned (2nd day) after a long day out with my boys to find a dirty bath tub and unmade beds. So I had to clean the bathroom and make beds. Then the tub decides to leak from the bottom and flood the bathroom. I cleaned up and then another guest was locked out and called to me from the garden to help. It took some time to get the door open as his key had broken in the lock. Their was no one there to manage the place at night.
