I like how it has indoor pool and access inside so you dont have to go outside in winter to find pool

Stayed many times, kids love it

Under toilet seats covered in feces. Restaurant had limited kitchen. Beer on tap was flat. Kicked out of pool for having a water football when there were only two other people in the pool. I've come here since I was a child and looked forward to bringing my kids. Glad they experienced it but this year will be the last. Plenty of other places with clean toilets, good food And less annoying staff

Stayed three days for a business related trip. One day was direct remote business work. The suite was clean and comfortable. The internet did have connectivity issues later in the day which was a problem, but happens.

Nice rooms and great front desk staff

Nice facilities and pool. Disappointed in the on site restaurant they gave us a $10 off coupon. We arrived on a Saturday evening and they were closed Sunday. We left Wednesday. They weren’t gonna be open until Friday. It should be open more during the week for people who only have several days to visit.

We had a great stay at The Cove. My 8 year old loved the pools and all of the activities at the Rec center. Our townhouse was clean and comfortable. It was nice have 2 bathrooms. We will definitely come back.

Checkin and check out was so quick and simple. Extremely spacious town home. Would come back again!

I was clean with good amenities. It would be better if there were dining options during the week in September. Inconvenient to not have any options Monday - Thursday.

Had a couple of service/communication issues. Before booking I confirmed they had an option for a roll out/air bed -what they didn't communicate by phone was the $30 upcharge for it. Manager refused to do anything but charge the $30. We arrived at 2:30 and went to check in. An employee named "Mind" said that check in time wasn't till 4, but that our room should be ready before then and she would call when it was ready. Having not gotten a phone call, we went back at 4:30. My phone number on the piece of paper was exactly where I left it. No acknowledgement or apology by Mind or anyone else. When I communicated I was expecting a call, another employee let me know our room was ready. We waited over 2 hours to have the airbed brought to our room which I had to call for a 2nd time. When it was finally delivered it was handed to us deflated in a bag with another bag of linens for it, no offer to help set it up. When the room was cleaned the first morning, housekeeping took an empty paper shopping bag that was sitting on the dining table as garbage (it wasn't). While the place was relatively clean, they have a lot to learn in the service department. I travel a lot for business and haven't experienced the communication/service issues we did here.

We hadn't stayed here in a few years but we always liked it. Since the last time nice updates were done that refreshed the facility. We loved the addition of the outside dining and nightly entertainment. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. An A plus establishment.

Amazing experience with special props to the crew of the Loft/Cove restaurants. Outstanding!

Everyone was very nice, the location was terrific, parking was great and all around a great stay.

Peace ful stay

Rec center great for kids and surrounding mini golf and activities easily accessible. Restaurants on site, good food and music; pools clean and all three are well maintained. All around great place to visit!

My wife and I have stayed at The Cove a few times now both with and without our kids. This time was without kids as they've grown too old to go away with their parents but it's fine with us as there is a bar and restaurant on site with decent food.

No elevators to the upper floors is the only complaint

We felt as if we were away at a resort! The property was clean and well managed. The staff was friendly. There amenities were so plentiful that you didn’t even have to leave the premises except for breakfast. We look forward to a return visit with more family members and friends!!!

This place has the feeling of a resort, with a Great Location, and Great service. It was a great experience. My children absolutely loved the Cove. Our Townhouse room was spotless. Very comfortable and I love the outdoor pools. We hope to come back next year.

Issue with check in after 4pm and room was not ready. They put us in a different room that was ready but never change the room keys over. Because of this check out was lengthy. Other than that I really enjoyed my time at the Cove and will be going back at a later date.

By far my best stay booked through expedia. I've stayed at quite a few places in Yarmouth and this by far was the best! This place totally exceeded my expectations. Rooms are immaculately clean and the grounds are really well kept. The room i had had a nice view of the river out back and i often sat in the chairs by the deck to rake in the scenery. My favorite part of the property was the back yard area with the seating and beautiful river view. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Staff was incredible- from the desk people down to the cleaning crew. Staying here was more than just a weekend getaway. It was an experience.
