I enjoyed the stay so much when a bunch of out of town friends came and stayed last fall that I booked it for my wedding night. I also recommended it for some of our wedding guests and they enjoyed it a bunch. The outside deck area is cleana dn tidy as well as the lobby area. I will definitely be coming back.

This is our go to hotel when we visit Lincoln. The staff, facility, the WARM pool and everything is great. My only complaint was my mattress wasn’t as great this time. May be ready for a replacement. That won’t stop us though- we love this hotel and location!

My son and husband wanted a snack around 10:30pm. They were picking something out by the front desk, the employee working the front desk saw them and immediately put out a sign that they were going in a break so they had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the employee to return. Customer service could be better.

Comfortable beds, great location with access to highway on southeast corner of Lincoln. Excellent breakfast! Room was nice and quiet with blackout curtains.

The bathroom in our suite was in disrepair- broken tiles/toilet tank, peeling wallpaper, & shower shelves appeared to be pulling away from the tile & were not level/usable. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned prior to our stay. Very disappointing for ~ $200 per night.

We have stayed here a few times. It is conveniently located, and even though it is an older hotel, it has been updated. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. That's all we really need!

For $168 a night, there was not anything special about it. The entry nad some kind of construction going on and the agent behind the desk had very little knowledge of anything , so he was not able to direct us in any direction. The room was quiet and comfortable. The remote had dead batteries and. breakfast was only available until 9:30 so we missed that. I worked for what we needed but probably would not choose again, due to there being much nicer hotels available for the same or better price.

The complete hotel was going through construction. No one ever told us about we had to move around because our room air conditioner and heater wasn’t working Nora TV then when we moved room, the TV still didn’t work the pool was drained. We had two children so they had nothing to do we were going to swim in the pool at night, and in the morning Plus then they have no cartoons to watch on TV so we’re paying $170 to stay in an empty room. So we got in the car an hour after arriving and went all the way home four hours.

So we got to the room and thought it looked very clean then saw the stained chair in corner by the bed. Would have given it the highest rating if chair would have been removed instead of left in the room stained

Property is older and the room we had could use a complete remodel, tub was old and the tiles were cracked, very dated. Because of the age of the room it just didn’t feel clean…I didn’t see

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and everything works. Could use more towels in the bathroom. Very quiet, we stayed on the 4th floor. A good value, and a good location on the SE side.

We had the room next to the elevator and could hear people coming back at all times of the night. So was unable to get any sleep. In the morning doors were slamming and ice machine was also going.

Shower facet did not work. Only got scalding water and could not take a shower. Staff did not seem concerned when I mentioned the problem. No offer to fix the problem nor was any offer of compensation was made.

We were watching the Nebraska College Volleyball team on TV at a local bar and came back to the hotel only to find out they don’t carry local sports 😞 let’s go Huskers

Checked into my room and there was blood in the shower curtain and the wall. It was so late so I just asked the front desk to make sure it was taken care of in the morning, since we were staying two nights. Not only was it not taken care of, only one bed was made.
