Very well mannered staff and accommodating! They are always greetings us with hi and good morning every morning which is so refreshing! They even orepared a birthday cake for me and anniversary decorations . Loved it! Thank you!

We had a great stay, we really had so much fun esp the kids since it is very accessible to the beach and we loved the garden theme or ambiance and also very courteous staffs. The place is very clean and the foods are delicious. The only bad side was the complimentary "toothbrush", which was I think an old stock or just not a good quality of product. We used it and was gagging because the bristles came off and stucked in our gums/teeth, so we bought new ones from Budget Store. I suggest to probably get a new supplier of it to avoid customer complaints. But still, our overall stay was awesome. Thank you SUR BORACAY! Hope to be back soon!

Poor service,the most Lousy hotel i have ever been . I got one infant and email them earlier Pls notes a room on first floor They gave me a room at third floor with very steep stairs And the room is not the style i paid for, with dulex bigger size doble bed .the front desk service is so poor. The service is unproffessional And showering with hot water at comfort room needs time, since the water is not hot just warm. The towel of Beach bed of the hotel provides is one towel for one person, with limit. Very unhosptiality and if u leave for a while to beach side swimming ,the beach bed will be tooken by others.the security guard is inconsiderable and bad attitude.

Hotel is nice and affordable. I would love to come back and stay in azur beach resort.

A dirty hat found under my bed on my second day of stay. It means room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Bathroom door needs repair

Location locatio!

We have stayed here now on two occasions. Both times have been fantastic, the first stay we took our daughter a couple of months ago and chose the Seaview room. This room is excellent and is a pretty large room with a decent balcony and the perfect view. The second stay was just as nice although we opted for a non-sea view as it was booked already. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well-positioned on the quieter part of station 1. They have a happy hour from 11 am until 11 pm. I would def recommend this hotel.

Not a resort, and no beach - nice if you go in with the correct expectations, no WiFi in rooms, pool was pretty

Superb experience. The resort is at the beach-front. Staffs are accomodating. Toiletries were replenished and towels are changed daily. They have good breakfast buffet choices as well.

Could not have asked for a better position. Quiet end of the beach. Nice walk back from restaurants along the beach. Rooms were clean and a good size. Bar is a great place to have a nice drink. Service was great.

We requested for a room change after the first night since the room given us was near the walkway and you can hear people talking loudly. Our request was promptly dealt with.

Lots of charm, very cute. No elevator which was a bummer. Ate dinner at the restaurant one night. Food wasn’t good and service was very slow despite the fact that it wasn’t busy.

Good beachfront resort in the quiet part of boracay staff are friendly and quick to attend to requests.

Location is great. it is located by the beach, specifically in Station 1. This is a perfect location for us since we want to be away from the loud parties of Station 2. Since the hotel is by the beach, you have access to the free lounge chairs.Customer service was great. Everyone was smiling and nice. EVERYONE greeted us. Free breakfast was not a disappointment. We stayed for 3 days and the food was not the same every day.There was welcome drinks and towels upon check-in. And there was free key chain with a thank you note upon check out.When there was an outage with the phone connection, they took the initiative of leaving a note to each room informing us of the outage.The price is also great considering it's location and the level of service. It has a Station 2 price for a Station 1 hotel.the only cons: no elevators - so it will be tiresome if you're staying in the upper floors.wifi password is only limited to 2 users (i'm not sure if it was based on room occupancy or number of people checked in). but the passwords can only be used once per device. this was a challenge for us since we wanted to use: my husband's phone, my phone and my work laptop. unfortunately, i only found out about it after i've used both passwords to the phones. so i don't have anything for my laptop. i had to do all my work-related stuff from my phone.other than these 2, our stay was generally great.

Staff were all friendly and attentive, perfect location, beachront that’s not overcrowded, prices of food and drinks are very reasonable. Will definitley stay there again!

Terrible service. We wouldn't recommend or go back to this resort. We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights and service is very lacking. Wifi wasnt working, housekeeping is not efficient.

Stayed for 2 nights.. place is clean, breakfast buffet thumbs up, staff courteous and helpful, location by the beach, Shower is faulty in our room but overall stay was good..

We had a 2 night stay here and we enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, breakfast buffet was good and the beach front is nice. Good spot in Station 1.

Hotel is nice but restaurant staff was not so good, discouraging to charge meals to room but not giving a bill receipt, we wanted to argue with hotel staff but it will only ruin our vacation. Anyway, without the corrupt staff members, overall sur is one of the best in boracay!

Remodeled from last time but bathroom have no place to place change clothes and toothbrushes. There was NO WIFI at all but advertised offering free wifi. Water coming out of wall fr bathroom, they caulked it. Beach front is a plus, Some staff are friendly. Continental breakfast is good.
