Overall is good. Clean and comfort. Only if the breakfast can be improved.

Good location easy enough to get to everything you want and need; shopping, bars, eateries, easy check in, comfortable and clean room.

The cups were not cleaned properly. Shower curtains are annoying because they always make the floor so wet. Laundry service is expensive! The trampoline was wobbly lack of maintenance. Food at the restaurant is very yummy though and reasonably priced.

Great location within easy walking to the beach or busy restaurants on Legian street and very clean and tidy rooms,Staff are fantastic and always ready to help when asked.

Nice, clean, comfort place to stay. near from Kuta Beach, we can reach the beach by walking. near from every where and every outside daily facilities. very satisfied and i will reference this hotel for my friends.

Really good value for money, place is clean, water is hot and the WiFi works well. Food in the restaurant is not worth the money. Location is good, you can walk everywhere.

the staff are very cooperative. The house keeping cleaning is excellent. The staff all have good manners

The Reception staff are all on the ball now, and quickly sort out your needs and problems. Breakfast staff are outstanding and food is a cut above the rest, overall a very pleasant stay and comfortable bed.

Overall good rooms... But sometimes unpleasant guests like very noisy shouting at 5am.... door alarm going off... Like it's saying I'm awake going to prayer.... Then put do not disturb on their doors after they return from prayer... Swimming pool seems to be in the wrong place.. But overall I enjoyed my stay.. all the breakfast staff very pleasant.. With a little tweaking this could be a 4* HOTEL. Good value hotel with long stay rates..

There's a convenience store just next to the hotel. Walking distance to all other eateries & spa. About 10-15mins walk to Legian beach & Beachwalk Mall. Room was ok for short stay.

This hotel would have been just fine, if we did not experience the awful smell. At arrival there was a vacuum tanker just by the hotel and the pool area smelled bad. We stayed in rooms 214 and 216, the interconnected rooms. The towels are not the whitest but it was okay. UNTIL... the air conditioner in room 216 started blowing stinky air at night. We called the reception. They sent someone and suggested we can sleep in another room. But they won't let us move to another room until we pack up room 216. It was almost midnight and we shared 214 and 216 thus everyone's stuff was in both rooms. We didn't want to wake up the two people sleeping in 214 either. We said that we just wanted to use another room to sleep and not move the bags and everything but they didn't get it. So we stayed in 216. It was absolutely horrible. Apart from this, we found the staff quite helpful but I won't be coming back here.

Average hotel for the budget conscious. Room relatively comfortable for the price and location. Had lunch once in the restaurant downstairs and it was quite tasty though service was slow. Breakfast however was not to my liking but there are lots of options around. Quaint little hotel for a relaxing few days. Staff need more training in customer service but overall value for money.

Ask for a high floor quiet room away from lifts and pool area, as the large groups can be quite noisy. The room with breakfast included is great value. Great pool for kids with small play area. Not the greatest water pressure or wifi but seems to be the same in similar standard hotels in Bali.

Stayed here last 8 Sept for 6 nights with family - we had 413 and 415 inter-connencting room. My overall rate is 5* as all was perfect - for me property still new, hotel location is in the centre walking distance to kuta, legian and beach, clean rooms, service is quick, bountiful breakfast, value for money and most important the Siesta Legian Hotel staffs! They are so helpful - from security, drivers, reception, restaurant and housekeeping staffs are exceptional, they treated us like family. Would definitely stay again in Siesta Legian Hotel on our next visit! PS. If you want to go for a tour (beyond busy area) please check with reception, they have a better price compared to tour operators

Rooms are very big and clean for family stays. Air con kept the room cool. Good price for what you get.Wifi wasnt the best and water pressure not the best. Short walk to the Main Street for shopping. Day staff are very helpful and breakfast had big variety.
