Lovely place and stay but the TV would not tune- not sure if it was because of the weather but very dissaponting, and the air conditioning continually turned off after 3 mins manking it vey uncomfortable during the night.

I stay here regularly for work purposes, the room as usual is fine, the staff friendly and easy to deal with, on this occasion I was in bed around 9pm and heard guests using the lockbox assuming for the room next to me being split rooms, however my door opened, rather embarrassing, I had my keys and my door was locked so I am assuming that they had been given the wrong keys or something, its not a good look, invasion of privacy as well, if I was not in my room and had come back and my work laptop was missing who would be at fault? this is very alarming because I am sure I would be told it's my fault and we are sorry.

Difficult as always on arrival to find the allotted room. Undercover parking close to rooms in short supply. Rooms need an update as needing some new bathroom tiles and benches.

Older style room. But very large for a hotel room. Bed was comfortable. Having a microwave and crockery was very helpful. Pools looked fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely property…have stayed there before..Unfortunately walking down to dinner l tripped on the unlevel path and fell near the pool area ..We reported this to the receptionist….No serious damage to me …..

We really enjoyed staying for 2 nights. Good facilities, tennis court, swimming and gym. Was not informed that we needed to book to use those facilities in advance but still good enough. Only one thing disappointed. It was not daily room cleaning.

Beach was amazing. My group had 2 rooms, 1 was nice the other had a weird musk. Furnishings were old pitted and stained in both. Aside from that the environment was nice and i never had to deal direct with staff giving the place a "come home" vibe

Stay 2 nights in executive studio early August. We check in late and check-out early, return to resort after hour so haven't seen any staff. Can't comment on staff service.
Pro: spacious room, quiet. Good for rest at night after a full day out.
Con: dated bathroom, shower over spa tub, water tap fell off, bathroom door lock not working, no view from balcony (room on level 1)

The unit was perfect for us it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The contactless check in and out was easy once we found our room. Parking was very tight and limited underneath. The walk around the gardens down to the pool and beach was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Charlsworth. It’s in desperate need of an uplift in the rooms. The furniture was quite new but the rooms themselves are very dated. Not sure why the bathroom sink was over carpet. Other than the cracks in the bathroom, our stay was quite comfortable. Parking wasn’t the best as it was first in best dressed. Made it quite difficult with toddlers at times. Facilities were great and so was the location.

The furniture was not in good repair The paint was chipped on the bathroom vanity,& there were no cupboard doors on the vanity.Floor & wall tiles were chipped in the bathroom.Despite this,the room was clean,the bed was very comfortable,& it was quiet.I enjoyed my stay & I would stay here again.

Parking is a bit of a headache and the site itself is very dated. The room i had a damaged bedroom door and alot of the power points werent working. I stay at this site for the golf, i probably wouldnt if the golf wasnt there.
