Great option for an out of the city experience. Quaint comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant downstairs and close to transport options. Included breakfast was outstanding.

1/2 hour train ride to central London, Easy walk to downtown Kingston and River Thames. Terrific breakfast!

One of the best pubs with rooms I have stayed in this year, and I stay in a lot of hotels over the year in my job .

Love the boutique rooms, lovely pub and great service. Highly recommend this property. Elegant but modern rooms we loved it!

Great place to stay. Service was good. Breakfast was awesome, with a wide range to select from. The fresh pastries being a real standout for me.

I only booked the Queens Head to be in proximity to Heathrow for my flight the following day. I booked a parking spot, had a lovely room and nice meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The inn is located on Richmond Road but the traffic noise calmed during the night .

This hotel was great in every way, apart from the one that mattered! Unfortunately i was placed in a road facing room. The window in room 4 is broken and has not been fixed properly, so the noise from the road is crazy! I ended up sleeping only 2 hours here. Aside from that the service and the breakfast were particularly good

I stayed at the Queens head as a first time solo traveler. i felt very safe there, very walkable location, the Thames river is just across the street. Nia checked me in and carried my bags up the stairs! Breakfast choices were great,comfy bed, relatively quiet for the back of a pub. i will definatly stay again given the chance!!

I had a beautiful, plush room (#4) with a mini-fridge and a sparkling bathroom so big that you could probably have put a cot in there. Although the property's pub restaurant was right below, I wasn't troubled by noise. The food was very good and the service was friendly. If you're traveling without a car (parking is tight & needs to be reserved, but there's a bus that stops practically at the front door & is 0.5 mi from Kingston's bus/rail hub) and don't mind stairs, this is a great choice.

The accommodation lived up to expectations, and room number 10, the grand family room, was top notch. This room is in the back garden, so no car noise. The only strange thing is that they still have carpets on the floor, it feels and looks very dirty. The breakfast was delicious. The service was lovely and provided excellent service. Great to take the bus two bus stops into downtown Kingston, or even better walk along the river in the park.

This was such a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back! It was so beautiful and comfortable and the staff were absolutely delightful!

Convenient to Kingston station and family made this an ideal location outside central London.

Very nice b and b

Great location , an easy, straight 10min walk from the train station. Close enough to Twickenham ..20 min train then 15min walk . A good selection of takeaways and restaurants nearby and a large Sainsbury’s close. Amazing service.. as good as anywhere I’ve ever been. Breakfast was exceptional , great choice and plenty of it. Complementary drinks in room fridge a nice change from most places where you have to pay for them. The room was very comfortable and warm with good quality fixtures and fittings. A lovely shower with nice toiletries. The only thing that let it down was the carpet, it was very badly stained and looked awful, it really let the room down to the point where you felt uncomfortable to leave anything on it in fear of it being contaminated. With that said I would most definitely return to this hotel and hope that the carpets had been replaced .

Great hotel with great staff. and the whole stay was good value for money. Oh and the food was absolutely fantastic.

Smashing find! Lovely spacious and well appointed quiet room, excellent service and advice throughout- from initial enquiry to actual stay. Breakfast was fantastic and our only disappointment was not being able to eat here as we already had plans with family! The atmosphere was very welcoming and we will most definitely stay again- many thanks to all the team!!
