The hotel was fine, accommodations were good. The only negative was housekeeping banging on the door at 9:00 am (Sunday morning) inquiring whether they could clean the room. Check out was 12 pm (noon), thought that was somewhat aggressive. L

We enjoyed the park setting. The comfortable and modern hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mike. He went above and beyond to welcome us to Boston. We would definitely stay here again.

The property (landscaping was nice & clean). However the maid took our bath towels, wash cloths & hand towels and did not replace them. They couldn't print out our airline tickets (the lines weren't working properly). They couldn't give us a wake-up call, they said their phones weren't working. The restaurant didn't serve lunch at all. They was urine on the toilet seat in my daughter's room when she first arrived. I told them at the front desk, they said they would send someone up to clean it and never did! Disgusting and inexcusable!!!!

We’ve stayed at this property many times before but it has gone downhill since our last time there a year ago. The staff seems lost and the front desk is a joke, nobody knows what’s going on. In the evening they had Fox News on at the bar area in this huge TV, I had to ask an employee to switch it to something else, anything! I don’t think a hotel should have that kind of upsetting programming forced on guests! Have HGTV on or sports! Anything but Fox! Come on! This is a Marriott hotel I expected better. The breakfast I paid for through my reservation was so frustrating because they keep trying to charge you for it again! I’m still fighting over an $80 charge for breakfast that is in error! I do not recommend this hotel, I will not stay there again.

Housekeeping services offered every other day. Coffee in the guest room only one decaf and one regular/ day for 2 people. I had to ask at the front desk every night for one extra coffee for the morning.

I didn't get room service, I stay there for only 2 nights. I am very disappointed, funny thing is that I tip $10 room service for nothing, we have to ask for towels for shower . No compensation at all. We are very disappointed.

When I made the reservation, it said that breakfast was included. But in the morning I called down to see how it worked I was told that breakfast was not included and we ended up leaving the hotel early and paying for our breakfast elsewhere. BOO

Very nice stay. Had breakfast one morning in the hotel- it was very expensive for the buffet offering and I would not recommend. However the lobby coffee is extremely good! Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The elevators and hallways needed vacuuming the whole time we were there

It’s a bit away from the main city. The name Cambridge in the hotel name can be a bit misleading. It’s quite a hike from what any visitor would think “Cambridge” is.
However, the staff is really very good, helpful and nice. The staff will go out of their way to help their guests in any way. Really very good staff!

The hotel charged 400 per night and does not even make the bed eve though we stayed more than one night.
Breakfast was included in the fee we chose from Expedia. However the guy at reception did not have us the tickets. Therefore at breakfast time we had to pay 21 per person. For a cheap hotel glorified breakfast. Nothing cooked onsite. Staff was rude at breakfast.
