This hotel is one of the cleanest, with friendly staff and worth the cost. No frills, but very clean and comfortable. The pool was spotless and cleaned every morning.
I give it 5 stars.

Last minute booking. Had a very strong musty (?) eye burning odor. Could not stay in the room for long periods of odor. Room was on the first floor woke up 5 am to people above walking around. Out the door at 6 am.

Great location and friendly staff. Hotel room was overall decent but definitely on the decline with old furniture and amenities. Low on towels and typical moldy AC unit near the beach. Would not recommend taking off shoes; while obviously mopped beforehand it was done with a cheap product that left a greasy film that is the perfect trap for sandy feet.

Felt pretty old and dingy. Bed was not comfortable. Provided us with a rollaway bed so kids didn’t have to share bed which was very helpful. Highlight for us was the pool and close proximity to ice cream :)

Pool and area beautiful! Rooms a bit older but everything very clean. Next door to the best ice cream in town & close to several nice places to visit. We are normally hotel people but took our chances and we were disappointed!

The stairs to the room had piles of dirt (not sand).

This was a locally owned motel that has been very nicely updated. It was comfortable, quiet & clean. My husband said it was the best bed he had ever slept on! The room wa a nice size. The toilet was a standard height not one made for a child!

Hosts and staff were very welcoming and nice. The motel is simple but comfortable. Within 10 minute walk to Ogunquit main commercial area, 15 to beach. I stayed for 4 nights and would stay again.

The bed, pillows were confortable. The air conditioner fan was noisy, it couldn’t be automatic when needed.
The coffee machine had to be replaced as it didn’t work and the replacement one was leaking, the coffee was terrible.
The bathroom would need freshening up, a little outdated. Overall it was good but nothing fancy. If you are on a budget, this place is for you.

Was a average motel, 2 floors with a pool in the middle of all the rooms. Price was better then most so I shouldn't complain. Was next door to the lobster pound restaurant.
