Good value for money with breakfast and pool included.

WE stay here every time we come up for the antique show in August and it is always a positive experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the staff is always friendly.

I love that there is a clean modern hotel in the area. It’s convenient and in a great location. What i would recommend would be better dining options in the hotel itself since it is not in town and some might not want to walk or drive into town or the surrounding areas.

Cazenovia is a cute town and the hotel stands tall w/in a beautiful background of rural farmland. The pool was great-toys for kids and outside patio w fire rings offered a perfect setting for dinner and nice transition to the pool.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Easily accessible. Cleanliness issues in room.

My only suggestion would be to have two or more EV charging stations. Area is very climate conscious and there many EVs at the hotel. I could use the station once because of the constant demand.

Property is conveniently located and beautiful Cazenovia and has great views over the hills of central New York. We had a very comfortable stay.

Good place to sleep over 1-2 nights, but not much to do. only annoying issues were noisy guests walking around late time on our floor and big bus tour guess occupied whole breakfast tables one day.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast was outstanding, offering everything from cereal, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, and waffles that you make your own with many choices of toppings. The lady working at the breakfast area, I believe her name was Kathleen, was very helpful and friendly, and helped with our needs with a smile. The pool was a perfect size and comfort level. The gym was clean with the right amount of equipment for our needs.

The staff was outstanding: very helpful and friendly, especially Brittni. The hotel was in a great location: Cazenovia is a beautiful place. The rooms are comfortable. My only request would be to fix the airhandling units to make them quieter. They were obtrusively loud. Otherwise, I would be happy to stay again.

Liked our stay very much. 2 things I would mention. 1. Only 2 bath towels. Would have liked an extra towel for washing my hair. 2. During the evening hours the water turned yellow, then a dark chocolate. Later in the night, water was clear again. We had bottled water for drinking, so we were ok. By morning it was all good.

The goal of my trip was to attend a graduation at Colgate University. Hence, the one-night stay at the "Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia." Boy, how happy I was to have found this fantastic hotel! This hotel represents the jewel among thorns as it seems to be the only place that is standardized and attractive in Cazenovia . The bedroom is roomy and the bed comfortable; the bathroom is clean and cold and hot waters flow with no glitches for showers; there are a microwave, a small fridge, a sink for dishes, an iron, a spacious closet, and a wide-screen TV in the room. A really comfy room. In addition to the room, there is a pleasant pool to keep kids active. However, I found the hotel to be too pricey. Charging nearly $600 for one night still does not compute for me. I would suggest to Upper Management to start working on a more appropriate charge.

Very nice place

My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights at the Cazenovia Hampton Inn. It was clean and the room was very spacious - giving us plenty of room to hold work meetings separate from our living / sleeping space. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the clean and well-equipped exercise room. The breakfast offered many choices. The proximity to Cazenovia was great - we really enjoyed exploring that charming lake town.

Nice property but possibly still under some kind of construction. No molding bathroom door got stuck on the uneven floor, shower door didn’t stay closed, and not enough towels. Breakfast was great and the place was clean.

Liked the town, staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was convenient and easy to access.
