We stay at this facility most times when we visit Snyder. It's pet friendly and they do offer a hot breakfast.

Stayed here on 3 different occasions now, and this was the worst. We came into town after a 23 hour drive to find our room was not ready at 6pm (3pm) check-in with no estimated time. We returned back at 8:30pm and still not ready. Finally, at 9:15pm our rooms were ready.
Two days prior we had booked 2 rooms with a request of both being in the same floor, receptionist said “not a problem, just remind us when you get here”. This was an issue and you check-in told us this request now may not happen.
Hotel elevator reeked of weed and so did the 2nd floor. Elevators and halls dirty, gym is more subpar than before and just overall, was not a great experience. Unfortunate because we travel there a bit and our two previous stays were great.
Manager said there was nothing she could do to refund our portion of the 6 hour delay at check-in, but could sign me up for a Marriott Rewards program. Not sure what that even equates too, but still haven’t see that either.
I usually never write reviews and try to give people benefit of the doubt, but this was very disappointing for the money I paid. I would recommend not staying here.
All of our future trips to Snyder, we will be looking elsewhere for a room.

This trip was a disaster.
Check in was bland and her personality made me feel like i just ran over her pet turtle...
Sink was clogged with someones beard shaving and hair balls that make me feel that housekeeping maybe hasn't been doing their job and was disgusted by what i saw.
Shower was cold between 7 and 9 am so ended up with a cold shower. Very refreshing but not fun...
After wasting 20 mins for the hot water, was kinda offended to see the sign to reuse my towels to save water.
Kinda reminded me of spending a thanksgiving with my in-laws, but without the yelling over the political climate, boozed up brother-in-law and smell of burnt stuffing.

Beds were hard. The staff were not friendly. The elevator was very noisy and shook so violently we were not sure it was safe. The TV motion rate was on max settings making everything look like a soap opera.

Everything was great with the exception of the swimming pool. I called prior making stay arrangements and was told the pool was open upon arrival was then told pool is open but has a few leaves in it, Wrong dirt debris off color basically non usable!

Checkin was fast. Just as I was about to call the number on the handwritten note, the desk clerk appeared. Our room was the first one off the lobby. It looked brand new after we gave t in far enough to be able to turn on lights. The entryway light switch didn’t work. We quickly learned to step over the transition from tile to carpet as the tack strip had tacks facing up through the carpet. The bathroom was generally clean but for the edge outside the shower door. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet.

The lobby was clean and well maintained. My room had multiple marks on the walls and the bathroom walls had streaks of an unindentified dried substance. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast - dried cereal, waffles, oatmeal.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable for my wife and I. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The hotel overall is in nice conditions, there is a few areas that need upgrading but overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely be back in the future. Front desk personnel was also very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a very good spot with convenient shipping and restaurants very close by.

Issues with hotels.com and the hotel in terms of available rooms. The room was not actually available, even though it was booked about 30 minutes before I showed up. Desk clerk was great explaining and addressing the issue. Room had 1 single bath towel (double queen beds and 1 towel). So, I used it twice. Shower had no soap. Sink had no soap. Had to wash hands and body with shampoo. Told the morning desk clerk. She apologized.

We were there for a funeral. We visit fairly often and usually stay here when there is no room at family’s. Always a very friendly staff and comfortable. I was disappointed to get a call about payment after we decided to stay an extra day. We made the arrangements with Deven the night before but for some reason there was an issue with something, I’m not even sure what it was but we were all together celebrating my nephew’s life so it was a tad bit annoying. I will stay there again. It is always a nice stay.

We usually stay at this Fairfield at least once a year for a week. We brought our small dog and I understand the deposit but it was kind of pricey at $100. Another reason we liked this facility is the breakfast. Not many choices this year. My husband is partial to the fresh waffles and the were only available 2 of our 5 days. Only meat was sausage, no bacon. Our room was pretty clean and close to the back door so we could let our dog out. Ok doggy area.

We arrived at 9pm exhausted after traveling all day. There was no one at the front desk. We called and the phone rang with no answer. After 20 minutes I young gentleman arrived to check us in. He was really friendly but it was still frustrating. If they don’t have more than one staff member available they should consider kiosk check in. The hotel room walls were very dingy and there was a musty odor. Beds were ok. Bathroom was clean and wonderful hot shower. Overall it was ok but not Marriott quality.

We pulled in around 10pm for a one night stay. Justin at the front desk had just finished mopping. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our check-in was seamless, he was very polite and thorough. Our room and bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable with duvets. (This is lovely because all the bedding can be washed now between guests. As compared to some affordable hotels that still use comforters.) The bathroom is somewhat remodeled with new wallpaper/shower walls. It’s bright and clean. I could hear the people in the room next to me but only until about midnight. I just went downstairs at 6:15am for pretty good coffee and the complimentary breakfast looks great. They even have fresh hot biscuits. At $104/night, this place is awesome!

Paid at site with card and CASH…later received notification my bank was pulling more charges.
Call front desk…denies cash being received and was not going to credit my bill. AFTER SERIOUS TALKS the cash was “found” was 20.00 and I was told to leave. Had booked 3 nites..stayed 1…told to leave after bill dispute and cash FINALLY found and returned.
HORRIBLE experience..ruined my trip and plans…DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Great facility! Staff at desk were great and the hotel is in great condition and well maintained. It’s located in a very safe area and in an area where shopping and dinning is easily accessible. We only stayed one night on the way to Austin but it will be our regular stop from now on.

They didn’t have a room to fit all of the people we had in our party…we reserved a room to fit 5. Their big room was being renovated. They “gave” US a room wkth 2 queen beds that was given an occupancy rating of 5. And said we had to figure out who slept where. When I wanted to cancel the room, rhwy wouldnt because they said they offered a room that was satisfactory. They also wouldn’t put in a roll away bed bc it was against fire code.
They were incredibly rude.

Place good just felt room was to small for the bed. Room was clean and guess everything accommodated to the bed. Would stay there again. The staff was friendly at check in.

Arrived a little early but we were able to get into the rooms. Large room, could use a deep cleaning. Mattress could stand replacement. Breakfast was great, almost everything you could want.
