Great location. Excellent, fresh breakfast. Located in an area where a car cannot go, but if call hotel they will meet you to assist with luggage.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Split. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and historic sites easily. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Stayed one night. Very happy with our choice. Good combination of modern in an old building. Good breakfast choice, quiet central location, friendly staff. Hotel is split across two sites - we went to the site on the reservation address and were then escorted the few mins to the other location - would have been handy if we had been advised in advance of the alternative location to save carrying heavy bags. Overall very good.

The staff are wonderful. Don't get that wrong. But a few things make this hotel vastly overpriced and I'm angry that I was fooled into paying it: 1. All day on our first full day there, the water was not working. This was not the hotels fault, but they refused to move us to the sister hotel or find us an alternative. We could not shower or even use a toilet all day, just basic facilities were not available (but we still had to pay the full rate which I think is disgraceful). 2. The shower head is too high for the showers. The water went everywhere. (When the water worked). 3. I booked the main hotel as advertised on hotels.com. We were put in the annex property at a completely different address which I was not happy about. 4. The noise outside the hotel was very loud at night. 5. The table in our room was wonky and unusable, which isn't a problem in itself, but when you pay over 700 EUR for 2 nights, it's pretty disgraceful. I do feel conflicted writing this review because the staff were lovely, but in no universe was this stay worth 700 EUR. Save your money and book another cheaper place. We certainly will not be back.

This was a lovely small inn with lots of character. The location is (a bit hard to find on GPS) excellent and the staff is amazing. They helped with everything from hauling our bags to picking us up from our cab. Breakfast is delicious too with a nice variety.

This is a very small hotel. The dining area is tiny. Stair case (no elevator) is steep. There was no one there when we arrived and we had to hike to another hotel in order to get someone to check us in. The exterior shown and the dining room in the ads are misleading.

Perfect accommodation in the old Split city. Very interesting living in a 3rd century plus building,renovated in keeping with surroundings buildings. All staff extremely friendly abd breakfast delicious

The Hotel is amazing well prepared. The cleanliness is at the top. The friendly staff is another valuable asset. We strongly recommend this Hotel. However a few tips. As most of the Hotel in old city is not so easy to reach them, even with Google maps, it will take some minutes, you must be patient. Also as it is located in the old city there no elevators and stairs are the only way to have access to the rooms. But the two points below are for all Hotels in the Old City.

Beautiful hotel directly located in the Old City. You can not dirve direct to the hotel as cars are not allowed in the Old City. However, a quick call to the hotel and they make all of the parking arrangements or will pick up from a drop off - very accommodating. The hotel is very boutique style and very charming. Highly recommend!

The room and common area were very nice. The breakfast and coffee service were well done. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff was superb, they could not have been any more helpful.

So charming! It exceeded all my expectations. The staff was helpful with reservations, giving directions and happy to answer all our questions. Loved the gourmet coffee maker and snacks. Breakfast was lovely. I totally lucked out finding this gem in Split.

Excellent staff. Breakfast in the courtyard was generous with unlimited coffee. The window in the room overlooked the courtyard and let in soft light. A great quiet stay.

This is a six-room boutique, with a modern update featuring some original wood and stonework. The airport transfer and advice from the front desk were top notch. The morning breakfast was excellent.

IT IS A BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED 13TH CENTURY PROPERTY IN THE CENTER OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. WE HAD A RENTAL CAR AND THEY ARRANGED FOR PARKING AND MET AND LATER ESCORTED US TO & FROM THE GARAGE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This property is great!

Yvonne was an absolute delight! We stayed here twice on our trip because we loved it so much. Location is great, hotel room is large by European standards. We ended up having a flight delay and she was able to get us a last minute accommodation for the night. Breakfast was really good. We will be back!

It is a beautiful property in the middle of the Palace city. Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Everything about this property is top notch. We loved being inside the walls of the palace and the unit we were provided was clean and full of charm. We highly recommend this property. One warning though…….do not book any private tours through the hotel. They extract a hefty booking fee that is not appropriate relative to what the guide is actually paid. That being said, the guide we were provided was excellent!
