It's a good accommodation for the price! I loved the bath, and the room was pretty big as well. The check in was a bit disappointing, might be because they don't speak English that well so I don't want to assume too much. If I go back to Paris I would probably come back! By the way, you can only pay the city taxes by card!!

The air conditioning did not work in our first room we moved to another room and it still did not work, we asked for it to be fixed and they never did. If was hard to communicate with some staff as they didn’t speak very good English. They were doing construction on the first day and did not inform us this was going to happen the next day.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice, clean and easy acces to public transport,supermarket,restaurant and park.

Place is not so great, we were charged an undisclosed deposit on arrival and then 3 weeks after checking out still have yet to receive it! There was cold in the bathroom and mysterious stains on the beds. Anytime we tried to use the heating/ air conditioning, it would automatically shut off after 30 seconds. Kitchen was unusable mainly due to the smell coming from the fridge which was not pleasant to sleep next to

Property is close to public transport. The area does have a significant number of immigrants who congregate near metro entrance that can be intimidating. Room was spacious, clean with good facilities such as fridge, microwave. Disappointed with receptionist offering a twin room when I had booked a double, which transpired was available. Overall would recommend, good value for money compared to other options.

Solid, clean room for the price. 10 mins to Metro, then 20 mins to Gare Du Nord.

Stayed there for a little bit more than one week. It was, overall, a great experience, the price was not expensive, and the room was really good, clean, with kitchen and private bathroom. Although some of my neighboors were a little bit loud, I think this is a great place for a budget travel, specially for couples.

Inexpensive property, 15-minutes walk from the Zenith in Paris, so was useful for a 1-night stay while watching a concert there. The place is a bit of a dump, smelly corridor, no public spaces, terrible smell, old room, unfriendly security staff (the lobby belongs to another hotel, and you are prohibited from sitting or even just standing in lobby!) So, if you need a cheap place for a night near the Zenith, it may work for you - otherwise, suggest you look elsewhere.

Simple, clean and serious!

Good value for money. When we got there they said they had no booking but when we produced the paperwork they found it. One of the [non-smoking] rooms smelt strongly of tobacco and marijuana. Very handy for access to the Metro which gets you into the centre of Paris in 30-40 mins. There is a G20 supermarket about 5 mins walk away which has what you need for breakfasts etc. Beds were large and comfy. Room could do with a few more plug sockets. It was not spotless and a bit tired in places but not dirty. The area seems safe enough but apparently a bit further away there is quite a drug problem but we did not encounter anything. There are cafes and bars nearby but we did not try any of them. Overall we got what we paid for. Would not want to stay much more than the 3 nights though.

Arrival was good, room obviously not cleaned to Covid standards, light switches, doors, sticky & dirty. Plughole in bath/shower thick with dirt & clogged hairs! Did not empty properly due to this. Floor in bathroom dirty (mat black on lifting after 1 use!) Window either wide open or closed, no partial opening possible. Room smelt dirty. Sound proof...what sound proof, noise from adjoining rooms clearly heard. No electricity on day 3 for entire day, heating did not work once back on, I was advised it was working centrally so no problem despite the fact the unit was flashing error code & to use a blanket if I was cold!!!! Customer service -10. All in all my worst ever stay in a hotel in all my years of travelling & countries visited

We arrived around midnight but had no problems checking in. The room had a small kitchen with induction hot plate, fridge, toaster, kettle and sink. Lots of storage, a convertible table, a large bed and bathroom with shower + bathtub. The bed might be a little too firm for some, but we had no problems sleeping in it. The internet however measured around 1Mbit/s so you won't be streaming anything, but the TV had a lot of channels which was great for practicing my french. Close to Metro station Hoche and a lot of small stores and food places in the area. Closest bakery was 5 mins away. We had a blast.

The price was good, I give them that, but be ready for un unpleasent stay. We checked in on Monday and checked out on next Monday and they didn't clean our room in 8 days. Their answer: they only clean once per week. I have never seen that, not even the towels. Also, the carpet and the hotel in general was dirty. The reception only opens for a couple of hours in the morning and the evening, so we had to take our suitcases with us and go straigh to the airport, missing a day of our trip. The air conditioner and the stove didn't work, so we had to use the microwave all the time. We didn't even care to complaint. Finally the neighborhood, looks like a gheto. It's not their fault but it was scary and dangerous at night. We don't recommend it at all.

This place is absolutely awful. It’s more of a joke than anything else. Booked this hotel two months before my stay and when I arrived at the hotel I found out they were closed. And they didn’t inform me nor any of the other guests about their closure. I would tell everyone to stay away from this hotel. Absolute disgrace.

When I had an acute health problem, the concierge on the first floor was patient and helpful, doing his best to help me seek health care and assist me in a difficult situation.

It was fine. Our “queen” bed was just two uncomfortable twins pushed together. Our romantic evening was a bit ruined by this.

Spacious and clean room. Some nice urban views from the 8th floor. A solid 3 star hotel. Recommended.

Good stay overall. Daily housekeeping is not included as this is an appartment hotel. You can’t even get fresh towels without paying extra. This was fine since I only stayed 4 nights, but might be problematic for longer stays.

The customer services was horrendous! Didn't get the room that I booked originally and it took at least an hour on the phone to Expedia to sort it as the property wouldn't help.
