Pleasant basic hotel for short stay. Helpful staff. Disadvantage - hotel does not provide a breakfast. For sure - overpriced!

The town is lovely. Nice area to walk around.

Didn’t get the notice about the loud music until 1:00am until AFTER I booked - would never have booked here if I knew I would be up until the band went home.

They do warn you ahead of time, which is great, but there is a bar under a portion on the motel. So if you can get a room not over the bar it OK. You can still hear the bass of the music not being over the bar.
The staff was especially nice.
It is a very old building, but it was clean and they've done their best to update it.

It is an old hotel that has a creaky charm, it is clean and bright. and the staff were very helpful.

not worth the $200 price tag. This room would have been $80 before COVID. The toilet did not flush and there was a lot of noise from the pub on the first floor.

I like the location of the hotel because it is in walking distance of a couple of good restaurants and a great café called the black bird.

It was good but it did not worsen the price.
They are not providing proper housekerping service. For example, there was not hand soap, tooth brush, and tooth paste in the washrooms.
The location was awsome in comparison to Whistler Village.

Our stay was amazing! The place was so clean and so well kept we were very pleased and enjoyed our time there! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating as well! Highly recommend!

Clean, basic rooms and friendly staff. Straightforward check in and checkout. Staff serviced our room after our first night, but not our second and third.

Check in time was later (4pm) than the average hotel... Maybe they are short on staff so it takes longer to turn over the rooms? Did not appear to be full so I would think that they could have some rooms available for early check in by request... Beds were fairly hard as well as the pillows which did not make for a very comfortable sleep.

The beds were comfy, the shower had power and the staff were friendly. The onlt downside was the aircon was particularly noisy whixh made it had to sleep.

We reached the hotel really very late and still the staff was there to assist us.
On the top of everything, they themselves asked us if we are coming or not because we were in Whistler.
Also, we forgot some of our stuff, they kept it safe with them ❤️
The check-in was quite smooth.

No rooms were available on the first floor leaving only option two long stairways and a long hall way on the second floor. It took considerable effort to carry our luggage up the stairs and the hall way, We would not recommend this to any handicap person.

Basic motel with limited amenities, good for a short stop over if you are traveliing through the area etc. Motel is located in a beautiful area.

Check in is at 4:00 PM but we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to man the hotel reception before we could check in

The checkin process was good, they even allowed to checkin early. The facilities were not no that great, the toilet does not flush well and most importantly the service approach is disappointing. I asked the front desk whether they have ice and he said yes, in the store Nextdoor. They own the liquor store next door and if you want ice you have to buy the large bags.

Booked a room with a single queen bed, and was offered a room with two double beds. Complained, and was offered an alternative room, with two double beds again. Took it as there was an obvious communication issue. Room was dusty, and we thought way overpriced for the size.
