Biking the GAP and this was a great option. Super friendly hosts. Lovely room. Great breakfast. Also secure storage for bikes. Highly recommend.

A good experience. Everything was as represented. The breakfast was not only tasty, but unexpected and perfect! Hostess & host were pleasant & helpful.
Only glitch is one of 2 main bridges in Connellsville is being replaced ~~~ but with GPS one can find their way to the B&B.

We stayed 2 nights in the French Room prior to biking parts of the GAP and C&O. We loved the privacy of this space and a magnificent breakfast was only a short walk away around the corner. While we drove our vehicle to Harper's Ferry, our bikes stayed safe in the bike garage. We discovered we would not be able to walk back from the Amtrak station as planned since that bridge that is so close to the property is under reconstruction. Lucy's husband actually picked us up in his car! They went above and beyond in all respects. Highly recommend

Bridge to some stuff was out, walked a mile to eat really good pizza. B&B experience. Owner/Operator super nice and helpful but it’s staying in someone’s house… the details/rules/etc. Room was comfy, had hose/towels for bikes. Breakfast was delicious. If you are after the B&B experience, this place is great. If you’re staying here because you can’t find a hotel, it’s more B&B than Inn.

It was the most outstanding B&B I’ve ever stayed in. The owners were amazing; the unit was clean and well equipped; the breakfast was Prepared fresh and more than delicious.

We were only in town briefly --got in late, had to leave early. We were greeted warmly and welcomed heartily. Breakfast was made to order, delicious, and took any any dietary needs we had a s well. All was terrific and we would definitely comeback if ever in the area again. We would certainly reccommend!

Lovely clean, well lit B&B with nicely decorated rooms. Welcoming hosts drove late at night drove to the nearby train station to pick up my disabled bike.
They have a garage to safely store the bikes. Only downside is the significant street and train noise if you're room is on the main street.

Lovely accommodation. If I really really needed to make a negative comment it would be that our door was directly on the street. We DID need handicapped accessible which it definitely was. Just a lot of city traffic noise.

The owners went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my bike ride-hose to spray off the bike, tire pump, filled my water bottle, and cooked a delicious breakfast.

The property is downtown within walking distance of the bike/walking trail which is very nice but I wouldn’t feel safe walking around after dark. There are many vacant buildings in this area - the town seems to be making a come back but has a ways to go.

We had a nice stay here!! Very easy with our bikes and breakfast was custom made to our food preferences and restrictions! we really had no issues! It was VERY clean and our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful!

Our host, Lucy, was very personable and responsive to our needs. Her home-cooked breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. Our room had unique decorative touches and was a good size, with a comfortable bed. The historic building was well-maintained and full of character.

Lucy and Guido were wonderful hosts who were warm, friendly, and extremely kind. They shared with us sites to see in the area, moved us to a room that fit our needs better, and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend this venue when staying in Connellsville.

I wasn’t too sure about the place from the outside but inside was great. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was great, very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. They gave us a recommendation for dinner at a local restaurant that was terrific. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had good communications from the get go. Once there, everything was exactly what we were seeking. Lucy was a gracious hostess, the room was decorated in period furninshing, all very comfortable. The brea,fast were outstanding- all home cooked meals, unique and tasty. As with so many old downtowns, Connellsville is not in its prime but everyone was more than pleasant, there was nothing to be fearful of. All in all, a perfect b&b experience.

The room was very spacious - we were in the German suite and the bed was very good. While there was a TV it had streaming though ROKU so were not able to watch live games - just a small inconvenience. Breakfast was served on time and was good with coffee made ahead of time as requested. Lucy was a very good host

Two friends and I spent two nights and agreed the rooms were meticulous. We enjoyed two special and delicious breakfasts. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property convenient to Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling waters house. We stayed in the German room, one of the most beautiful rooms we've stayed in! Bright, light and spacious with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was delicious, coffee good and strong and the hosts were pleasant gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

The Italian Room is on the Main Street with some moderate traffic noise. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast of “green eggs and ham” (eggs over easy on ham and toast with fresh spinach and pesto) was excellent. Located a convenient 25 minute drive to Fallingwater.

We were treated excellently during our stay, breakfast was delicious and our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. There was convenient parking and within walking distance to several tasty restaurants and the riverfront park and bike trail. We would definitely stay again. Many thanks to Lucy and Don for a lovely anniversary weekend.
