The room was smelly and dirty. The towels they gave us had stains and smell. The water pressure is low. The bed was uncomfortable. The area was noisy with dogs barking and cars passing by. The fence behind is broken. The staff are rude, timid and unprofessional.

We are here almost every weekend in the summer and this hotel is great from the service to the room! Pool is sparkling clean every time we come and so is the room is extremely clean!!! Can’t recommend it enough!

It’s not the owners fault but you are basically staying next to a drag strip where the last light on 47 East is right before the hotel so people just rev their engines all night. Rio Grande is obviously not a resort town but no cleaning for a two night stay, towels not replaced. Sink broken. TV was good and cable package, good coffee in the lobby, very friendly staff.

Spacious clean room, cold AC, comfy bed and plenty of pillows and bedding.
Staff at desk were very nice. Even when I thought checkout was at 11 (it's at 10) they were gracious to let me finish packing my stuff and didn’t charge me anything extra for the extra hour.
The one down side was when I asked to stay another night, they were going to charge me significantly more, than both of the previous nights together.

The staff was friendly enough but struggled to find extra supplies. They did allow us to check in 2 hours early, which was very kind. (We were just hoping to pay and get our room number before our next adventure). There were dark dirt marks on the walls and the water had a yellow tint. The beds were clean! No signs of bugs (we check every where we go. Not living through that again). We're normally Holidays Inn Express people, but this did in a pinch when we decided to extend our trip one more day and go to the ocean.

The room had a terrible smell, mold and rust in the bathroom and I got zero rest the first night and refused to spend the 2nd night and left

For the price I would have enjoyed a room that had a shower head that was not falling off the wall and leaking all over the bathroom. We found mold on the bottom of the dresser the day we left, after keeping our clothing in it all week. Obtaining an extra towel was like pulling teeth & the quality of the smelly towels was terrible (they should be classified as exfoliating towels)

Tim is a great manager, him and his family work hard to manage this property. It’s a clean room, working amenities, fair price, 10 mins from wildwood and pet friendly with a pool. You get what you pay for and this property is a very fair deal for dog parents. Would recommend 10/10

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little attention, but they were clean. Didn’t get to use any of the amenities as our stay was short.

The manager was very nice. He explained to me that I was only allowed one dog. But I asked if I can pay extra and he allowed me to pay extra for 2days and he permitted my dogs to stay! Although it says pet allowed, it doesn’t say how many dogs are allowed. But we communicated and everything worked out. I would definitely stay again. The place was clean and lots of privacy. Room for the dogs to use the bathroom. Etc etc.

My boyfriend and I had a one night stay an it was really bad, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillos were dirty and one had blood drops, wet were soaked when we entered the room ( which is not a major issue but still is not good image ) and door knob was difficult to open, it was not pleasant overall and we paid poor view but didn’t get it, overall it was not great, we were there july 5th but it was the only place we found

We checked out ~2 hours after check-in. The overall experience was terrible. The first room they gave to us was with someone already there. I was shocked when I opened the door and saw someone inside. The second room they gave to us was next to the swimming pool. We could hear people talking/yelling all the time. The room was in a very poor condition. The lamp was unclean and even with some blood on it. There were hairs in the ice inside the refrigerator. The bath towels were grayish. I cannot believe I paid $300 /night for this room.

We chose this place for it's proximity to the beach with better pricing. We paid half what we would have on the island. That being said, this motel was fine. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was attentive. Requests were quickly fulfilled. And the coffee in the lobby was pretty good.

Property was just okay. The hours for the pool are not the best 12pm-8pm should be opened earlier especially for people who are only staying for a day. Wasn’t dirty and wasn’t the cleanest. convient if you’re traveling to wildwood.

Some stains on duvet. Clean rooms overall. Door hard to open and close to the room. Noisy residents at 2-4am but not the hotels fault. Good value hotel. Friendly staff. Did not use the pool. Not luxurious but works for a night or two.
