Location is really good, a hotel took care of parking my car, making zero effort to park. Room condition is good as well.

Excellent quality for the price. Staff was incredibly helpful as well. Put the wrong dates for my reservation and came a day late. Ultimately I paid for the night missed as it was my careless mistake but they were able to get me in another night for the last day of my trip. Also the bathroom facilities are great, heated bathroom floor, Deep bathtub and excellent water pressure in the shower

Lovely Prague property. Really well presented. Nice room but hard to know what the upgrade was. Comfy bed and clean linen, towels etc. Fantastic location. Shame the only people who smile much are the cleaning staff!!! Seems it's a Prague thing.

Nice hotel, would recommend for business trips or casual stay. We had an executive room and it was very clean and quiet room with confortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Seemed to have been resently renovated. Hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Our stay here was wonderful and we will definitely be back. Our room was great. The welcome drink was fun and having a fully included mini bar was a huge bonus. The breakfast was delicious and the area was perfect

Excellent property, service and location. Only small thing that bothered me during my stay was that the housekeeping starts very early in the morning and could be noisy. But they did an excellent job keeping the property clean and well maintained.

This is an amazing hotel! The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast buffet was easily one of the most delicious hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and the staff were very friendly. We also had dinner one night at the Next Door restaurant and the food was lovely! The hotel’s location was very central but still quiet and calm at night. If we’re ever in Prague again, we’ll definitely come back!

The property is exactly what we wanted! Lovely AIR CONDITIONED… which is a must in the summer. Front desk was very informative and met all our needs. The massage services were excellent - they walk you over to their sister hotel The Imperial, for the services. Meals were delicious! Close to everything, you can walk everywhere and quiet enough at night to get a good rest. We stayed in the Martini Suite for a treat and it was superb! Would most definitely stay there again on next visit without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel ,in a great location. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Breakfast was superb,added bonus you could have champagne.

A very well run small boutique hotel with wonderful staff. Room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location, walkable distance to all the major sites.

We stayed in the Martini Suite, which was great. I would definitely stay in it again. The hotel is really nice, but the service is not worth 5 stars. For example, during breakfast I saw the staff going to ask other guests if they want coffee or tea but they didnt ask us on any of the 3 mornings we had breakfast in the hotel. I dont know if i need to be an old man to get service here or what. We tried the wellness services in the partner hotel. Booking a treatment was difficult, and getting to the treatment even more difficult because we couldnt get to the wellness area by ourselves without a staff member letting us in. We arrived to the hotel 20 minutes before our massages but ended up being late because staff was so busy with other guests and they didnt want to let us in the wellness area too early. The massage was very good even though getting there was tricky! Also the hotel apologized for the inconvenience really nicely. The hotell is in a great location and I would stay here again but I would like the grumpy staff at the breakfast to be a bit nicer with me.

David, one of the front desk agents was extremely helpful. We were not happy with our room. The room was nice and clean but on the top floor. Due to the sunroofs l, the room gets a little warm. He showed us two other rooms. He went to upgrade us also. One of the best agents i have ever worked with.
