It was okay for a couple of nights, room had a well equipped kitchen and ample space. The area is a bit sketchy. I’d propably stay somewhere else next time. The morning I left there was a car in the parking lot with a broken window and glass scattered on the floor.

The place was not at all what it represented itself to be. It was off a busy highway in a very unsafe area.
If they are going to be a pet friendly hotel, they need to clean up the glass all over the property. There was barely a suitable patch for them to go potty. And there was a man sleeping in his car full time night and day and he was parked next to the patch of grass watching me. I didn’t feel comfortable being outside alone.
People propping side doors open so they can get in and let others in.

Convenient and affordable stay for a work trip to Hartford. The parking lot and short drive downtown made it easy to get in and out of the city.

The hotel lobby was well kept. Staff was AMAZING.
The room was ok. A couple of stains on the bedding. The linen was white. Cloth shower curtain with out a water proof liner and it was too short for the tub.
The hallways were dark.
The hotel was quiet.

Good hotel if you like the heavy smell of pot and thin walls so you can hear conversations from the next room. The premises of the hotel weee not clean either.

Not worth the money. Bathroom shower/tub not clean. Front lobby smelled like sewage. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff was very despotic, they never came up to give me cleaning service. I was in that situation for 4 days. I didn't receive cleaning and they were very restricted in giving out towels.

I liked the rooms were quiet, I didn't hear sound coming from other rooms. Which made it so my dog was able to sleep.

The size of the room and having a full kitchen with dishwasher and range was amazing. The air conditioning was top-notch. I've never been in a hotel with better air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We wish that we had stayed longer.

Don’t spend your money here. Plus when you call they press down on a key for 4 minutes to blast your ear before they hang up on you. It’s a joke.

We were in town for the Core Hydration Classic. The hotel is average. It was an easy walk (about 10 minutes) to the XL Center. We tried for early check in but it was an added cost, so we parked and came back to check in later. That saved me parking at the venue. The hotel is kind of odd in that the entry way where check in is open to the second floor which is where we stayed. It was so loud all night. I couldn’t tell if it was people in the lobby partying or if the party was literally outside our door. It was rude. No, I didn’t call it in as I was extremely tired and was just praying it would stop. There is no way the front desk wasn’t aware as they are literally right there. I did complain in the morning. The next morning we wanted to use the pool which was FREEZING and the shower in the bathroom there DOES NOT work. That was a huge inconvenience. They let us back in the room for this reason. I’d probably try another hotel next time.

I stayed over night for a college orientation. Check in was easy and the room was clean location was okay. I'll come back again.

No soap in the bathroom. The tv never worked. The microwave couldn’t heat a cup of water for tea. The lazy boy chair was stained with I can only imagine. All the furniture was worn, dented, and not a hotel should be proud of. Never staying in this chain again!!
