It was not clean we stayed for 15days they only clean the room one time those who stayed on the top of us was so loud I couldn’t even sleep flies were everywhere in the room and bathroom dirty hotel really

Bed sheets has stains, pillows were dirty too, i dont think they clean the bedsheets or pillow cover...we stayed there for 2 nights and no one come next morning for room service. Wahsroom doors were dirty and satined.

The room wasn’t clean properly in the bathroom and shower had mould tiles in corners very unpleasant feeling very poor job on maintenance

Very dirty and smelly place. Floor was not clean. After 5 min of walking my white socks were not white anymore. Hair in the bathtub.

I did not have high expectations and I can overlook signs of wear and tear but there we no towels in the room, no phone and no heavy curtains to block out outside light overnight.

Shower was falling apart. Cigarettes burn marks around the bathroom sink. Pot smell in hallways.

I stayed for a week. I didn't get any room service. I called and asked for towels and was told I could only get towels once.

There was plenty of parking, but some people in the parking lot scared me. But when we got into bed she found a long hair in the sheets that wasn't Red like her own. It didn't make me comfortable.

It's not a bad place but last time I was there the tv did not work, no big deal I guess and this time when I got into my room I noticed there was no towels, they brought some and this morning I realized the shower was not working or bath. I dont know . How do you give a room with no shower or bath!!!

Got to the property close to 7pm, so many sketchy people outside the reception bldg. Should’ve read reviews before booking, but was on the road stopped over when we booked. When I asked if I can still cancel when we got there, @ first because it didn’t say on the website we have to pay $50 for each pet—-we have 2mini dachshunds. Reception said we have to pay for 1st night for the 2rooms if I cancel, I said we’re only there one night on stopover drive from NB to To. So we’re left with no choice but to stay until we’re rested enough to do the last leg of our trip. Left as early as we could @ 5am. Smells like weed when you enter bldg 3, where stayed. The room was okay, toilet paper holder about to fall off from the wall. There’s children’s bikes on the corridor—-not sure what we entered, but definitely not a hotel. Don’t be fooled by pictures on expedia.

Far from downtown and Joseph Restaurant is three star , air conditioning was not adjustable, who are those people waiting outside the building?

We booked 2 rooms and both of them had an weird smell .

Basic motel type property. Rooms are basic but clean and staff are helpful. Not much in the immediate area but convenient for airport.
