Nice apartment and relatively new. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The interior of the living room was perhaps a little ascetic. The view from the balcony does not fulfill beach holiday wishes, but the beach and beach restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. It is easy to get to the apartment by elevator from the garage. The breakfast onSheraton was excelent.

The apartment is new, very nice and spacey. Check-in is at the hotel reception, which made it unclear if breakfast is included in the room (it's not). Not entitled to other hotel services either. It's close to the beach, but the main part of beach is basically taken over by the hotel's sunbeds, that are really expensive (30 eur per day). There no place to get breakfast near by, but plenty of options for lunch and dinner You can take a taxiboat to the city centre from the pier.

Perfect location, 1 block away from shopping mall & grocery store, 1 block away from beach and 10 min walk to beautiful Kupari beach. Bus stops right in front of building to Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, we were able to cook in the well supplied kitchen( which even has a dishwasher) very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, several restaurants around.

The location is phenomenal! The apartments are modern and clean. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall with a grocery store a block away. Beach is a two minute walk. I wanted to rate this place a 5 out of 5 but there were three issues:
1) Ants in the apartment
2) Horribly designed shower
3) limited TV channels

Lovely, spacious appartment that was cleaned every day. Well equipped kitchen (4 hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer inside, crockery and cutlery etc provided) and bathrooms (toilet roll, towels, soap, shampoo conditioner all provided and replenished as needed, pkus a hairdryer). No washing machine but there is a payable laundry service.
We paid extra to have breakfast at the Sheraton every day and it was so worth it. Probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen, with lots of options and a beautiful terrace.
The location is excellent. Close to beaches, supermarket, bust stops, water taxis, several bars and restaurants plus childrens play parks. You can walk along the seafront to Milini. Just great.

We had no idea where to check in. The address of the property from Expedia gave to indication that it was an apartment managed by The Sheraton Hotel so we had difficulty finding it - finally had to park and call property number.

Clean spacious apartment excellently serviced by staff from the nearby Sheraton Hotel. Fantastic breakfast (if purchased) at the Sheraton (100m away) with wide variety of fresh foods and lots of choice. Secure underground parking. 5 min walk to bus stop for 10 minute ride to old city for 2.9 euros pp. Can also take the less freq bus right outside. Bus schedule posted at the Sheraton.

Really enjoyed these apartments, contemporary design, very clean, great service and excellent location. We had access to the Sheraton facilities however the spa, indoor pool & tennis courts cost extra. Srebreno is about half way between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily accessible by bus. There’s a bakery, pizza restaurant and supermarket all very close by with other restaurants nearby also. Very close to the beach and if you can get the apartments looking towards the front and the hotel the view is quite good too. Would definitely recommend them.

It was really bad experience in my life, it took over 18 hours to be there, but when I arrived there, it was totally not expected one. Because the apartment is not like Review and Pictures. This apartment does NOT locate in front of Beach and there is no swimming pool. And even does not have reception, ground floor, There was a restaurant, and asked a staff how I check in. And the staff informed me that I should check in at the Sheraton Hotel. Anyway the room condition was Ok, but the View from the balcony was garbage and really bad everything. So I canceled it 2nd day, and I even paid much higher than when I booked the hotel, but I should do, because I never want to stay like this apartment with the cost and view.

Very misleading photos. The room is 350 meters away from the beach in a very busy town. The nearest beach is not recommended at all.Expensive and very disappointing.

Public/ private beach with loungers etc, or hotel pool.Bigger rooms than in hotel , as this is an apartment. Lounge, dining area, decent kitchen, large wrapped around balcony, bathroom and extra second toilet, spacious accommodation.Area abs beautiful, Srebreno super, beach 100 m, MLINi, ancient and wonderful, 3/400m walk. Many ferry boats from harbour; Dubrovnic 15 mins, 60Kuna single, 100 ret. Totally out of expectation. I should have booked this apartment for the first leg of my stay at Dubrovnik (I went to Montenegro for a few days in between). The apartment is super value for money. It was run by the Sheraton Hotel next door and the free buffet breakfast was served at the hotel. The apartment was in very good condition, with a bedroom, 2 toilets, a living room and a kitchen. If the apartment is equipped with an electric kettle, it will be a perfect 5 for me.

Loved that you had all the space/aminities of an apartment but the services of a hotel.Cleaning was a hit and miss with towels not replenished fully, wine glases that disappeared, no restocking of shampoo etc.And as many have already mentioned, the kitchen needs a kettle.Bus, water taxi, shopping mall with large supermarket within a couple of minutes of the apartments.The Sheraton hotel pool boys were super bringing out loungers, asking if you needed an umbrella, moving things around for you etc. A great team. The Pool Bar Service team didnt engage with anyone they were serving and it was just a take the order and deliver. Nothing wrong there, but a little interaction with customers would have been nice especially at the prices of the beverages served. Overrall would happily stay here again.

It was a tough time to contact Operator at the Sheraton. They did not make it clear how to call them on the phone in room

It was so close to all the amenities, the location was perfect. I really loved the fact that. It was connected with Sheraton and we could just use all the facilities at the hotel. The staffs we came in contact with were all helpful and friendly.
