I really liked the communication skills of the receptionists. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a key that I could keep. I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't working.

We enjoyed our time at Bella Casa immensely. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very responsive and professional. They routinely went, "the extra mile".

The property was nice. It met our expectations and the family liked it. Will recommend it to others

Overall, no complains. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced stay in the city, this might be your choice. It's definitely nothing fancy and needs some proper makeover. Pasta bolognese for breakfast is a unique thing I never came across before but the fresh fruits were really tasty. All staff were nice and forthcoming! Pool is great and the water very clean.

This is my go to hotel in Monrovia. Comfortable, welcoming and with everything you need for a good stay.

Arrived to find there was no water in the room. There was no kettle but there was tea and coffee. The phone did not work. The "premium" channels consisted of Premier League and three news channels. All not goid enough for the price asked.The AC was good and the room clean though. The location is conveinient.

Staff was not helpful. Hotel did not feel safe. Alot of drug use inside the hotl.

Don't stay there. The hotel is horrible and has completely run down. It a waste of money. The space is not clean and they don't have any good service. Also, they refused to give us internet that it was not working but we later found out they had internet. Nothing works here, nothing. I will never recommend this hotel, not even for one night stay.

Staff needed to be reminded for refiling the tea/ coffee sachets in the room. Fruits were missing from the Breakfast and provided after reminding.

The hotels location was ideal for our purposes and it was very clean. The service was good, and the complimentary breakfast always hit the spot with a combination of Liberian and western food. Loved our stay there.

All the staff were very friendly and approachable I liked everything except when I checked out the machine was not working well and it did not want to read my card. I had the MasterCard customer service people on the phone and they told the staff at the counter to manually put in the numbers. She was very kind but said she can not. I was a little upset because yes you can I explained to her how to do it but she wouldn’t even try. She said they tend to have problems with MasterCard and since all my cards are master cards I just paid cash. She was very nice I just think she didn’t know how to put it in manually, it is possible because I used the same machine when I helped run my sisters business. Overall I was so pleased with my stay and the staff there. Thank you so much I will stay here again!

Occasional power cuts usually solved by generator kicking in. Good hotel for visitors to Monrovia.
