Convenient due to being next door for the mall for shopping/food. Everything was great and as adverised.
Only 1 minor complaint was that the air conditioner could've been a bit colder. Not bad enough to cause any discomfort. Just would be nice due to Boa Vista being very hot.

Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. I will also put my review on trip advisor i expected hire standards the one positive the room was very

When I travel to Boa Vista, I always stay at this Ibis unit.
This time there was a renovation on my floor and problems with the internet and TV.

Hotels was modern and classy. Breakfast was great with a wide assortment of breakfast items and drinks including smoothies. I loved the security in the hotel. You could only access your floor on the elevator with your room key.

Noce hotel for a short lay over but the room are really small... and they ise aircondition units so the room was hot when we walked in.

The staff was excellent and the stay great.
Also, great breakfast and WiFi.
My only complaint was when a plumber went to work on the pipes and left me without hot water for hours. I had to take a cold shower in order to be prepared for an event. I would recommend a heads up to the customers next time.

This hotel is situated a taxi ride out of town but, as theres nothing to do in town, that shouldnt be a problem. Its right next to a shopping mall with a foodcourt and opposite a mega supermarket. Its almist like an oasis from the general shabbiness of the town.
