We stayed while our daughter was having a baby. We found the facility to be excellent in every way.

Our experience was not the greatest for a family of 4. We had previously called and confirmed our hotel reservation and the crib and were assured we had everything reserved. We got there right at 3pm and waited 15-20 min before we could check in, due to having their shift change at that time. Once we checked in we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and it would be a few minutes. At first they said they didn’t have any other rooms and then said they had one room with one queen bed, even though I had booked a reservation with a bedroom and 2 queen beds. After several minutes, it was to be an additional half hour. We tried talking to them and they said wait or we can go somewhere else. The staff said it’s not their fault the rooms weren’t clean yet, it was due to previous guests checking out late. Front counter staff blamed everyone else and never apologized. Seems like management needs to retrain staff to be hospitable, maybe rethink scheduling shift change right when check in opens and perhaps hire additional housekeepers if they’re understaffed. I would not recommend this hotel based of my experience.

Easy access to the freeways. Very clean and nice facility. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. Try to stay at Homewood when traveling and it's been wonderful.

Very clean hotel. Great breakfast. Family friendly. The sofa pull out bed is smaller than it looks in the photo. Smaller than a full sized mattress.

When I first checked into this hotel after staying at Hilton hotels only for 10 years I was told my service dogs weren’t service dogs. Then I got checked into a room with a cockroaches and dead bugs. When I informed the front desk they told me I could check out or get another room. Shocked, I chose another room. That room was filthier and dirtier than the first but it was bug free.

Breakfast is only served until 9am. It should go until at least 9:30.

For the second time in the last month we did not have a cord for the in-room CD player. The first time the clerk said she was alone and couldn't help until the next day. The second time they were kind enough to bring a cord to the room but we could not get it to work.

Do a lot of local traveling and this was a very nice place to stay. Neat room, quiet, clean, good parking and fantastic breakfast.

Extremely kind and helpful front desk!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. When we got to our room, the tv was missing in the living room. There was just a tv stand on top of the dresser. Not only did it look terrible, it was very disappointing for my special need son, who needs a tv. The front desk said they would have one in there the next day. That was not acceptable. I contacted Expedia and they were able to talk with the front desk clerk and we had a television in our room within an hour. A couple of the drawers in the bedroom were broken. Evidently the hotel is going to be updated. The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. A couple of the things that we loved were the kitchenette and the adjustable ceiling fans in the rooms! The fans were a nice touch and kept the rooms cool. I will go back, if and when they upgrade the rooms.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was not cleaned, trash not taken out, dirty towels left, & supplies not stocked by house keeping. Staff fixed areas of problems!

Staff were very awesome!! Continental breakfast was amazing!! It was ridiculous that you had to pay for parking at this hotel and most of the exterior doors had no re-entry.
