Nice quiet little hotel. It is on the quieter side of the island so is not located near to loads of restaurants, but you can find some lovely little places to eat within 15 minutes of the hotel so it's not nearly as remote as some other reviews would suggest. It is perfect if you want a relaxing break. It is only a 15 minute walk from the other island as well which is useful if you like to explore. I had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Overall very nice spot. Secluded is a positive and a negative. Not much to choose from in places to eat up on top of the big hill but also very secluded -and great for just chilling out with no distractions. The facilities need some upkeeping but the staff was very helpful and unobtrusive.

Lovely accommodation with seriously nice view! Sweet people and really good service. Everyone were very kind and helpful, no matter what we needed! They also helped us booking snorkeling trip and scooter. The hotel is located outside of the “city”, but we enjoyed the quietness! I will recommend renting a scooter, it’s really cheap and the most easy way to come around the island. I would love to come back!

Average. bedrooms were acceptable, bed was comfy but couldn’t sleep due to noise of creatures and prayer on tannoy. Swimming pool overlooking the sea was picturesque. Location is absolutely atrocious. Middle of nowhere, nothing and nobody around. (If you’re stuck on the first night for somewhere to eat like we were then eat at next door hotel Acala!!) Unless you’re willing to take a scooter off road you’re utterly shafted. Breakfast very poor. Coffee served was intended for peculation but served as instant. Also use next door taxi service from hotel to get to yellow bridge and back to boat dock area. Nice beaches and scenery but not a lot else to offer on island. Island so not ready for tourists yet! rating would have been poor but views were great.

We stayed for two nights one of their lovely villas. The room is very spacious and clean and the balcony opens up to view the yellow bridge. It was nice to follow the boat traffic in the area. The location is a bit aside and I would recommend to have own scooter to move around freely as it's too far to walk to the town. Nothing much to see in the vicinity, but at least it's very quiet there at night. The staff missed our breakfast order twise but it's very minor issue and we managed to get the breakfast in the end.

When I booked Twin Island I fell in love with pictures of the beautiful views. I read this "resort" was across the island from where all the action was but a 15min ride didn't sound bad. We were SO wrong. Nusa Lembongan doesn't have taxis, and if you plan to rent a scooter this will be quite the trek and scary at night as it's very isolated. We chose not to have scooters because we wanted to drink, and also wifi is HORRIBLE here so we didn't want to risk getting lost. When we arrived on the ferry, the ferry shuttle dropped us off at an office for all the diving excursions (not inviting at all- no hotel front desk area). Once you get your room key you're left to fend for yourself. The resort doesn't have a working phone number, or at least one that anyone answers. In your room there is no phone, so if you need anything you're lucky to find a staff member walking around. Since this island doesn't have taxis to call, you have to rely on restaurants that offer free shuttles to people dining at their establishment and they'll come get you. Twin Islands has no shuttle, and is useless all around. Our first night we went out to dinner and then to a bar - it was such a pain trying to get a ride back to this resort we ended getting a second hotel room to sleep in then came back in the morning! The staff didn't bring us breakfast when we ordered it, and the manager named Kip is just straight rude. You can find better on this island if you're not a diver! That's all they care about!
